Judging from those two messages, you seem to mistake us for someone else.

Capellans don't use RCTs. That's the Davions next door
Capellans don't do anything to their mercenaries. As long as the mercs stay true to their contract, we will honor our part of it. Again, I would look over to the Davions for the behavior you hint at.
