MG -> increase DPS to 1.0 like the Small Laser by increasing the ROF and a tiny bit the damage per bullet, max / effective range to 90 meter maybe a bit crit.
So what we got there: 2 MGs and 1 ton ammo = 2 tons, 2 tons are 2 MLs, but withour heat, the range is terrible low, DPS is less but it generates 0 heat, also the ammo is much faster consumed now. Seems like balanced to me.

Flamer -> Increase the heatgeneration by A LOT, like x8 or x6 times and screw the crit. Here is your stun.
Now we got CC in game and a usefull flamer. It now can seriously lower the enemy DPS, if your target uses energy or rockets.

ECM -> Make it work on both sides, without counter mode. SSRM Raven fixed, LRM boats FIXED. BAP as counter, but you lose the BAP bonus. ECM got only on / off mode.
ECM got serve disadvantages and got a real counter.

AC10 -> Increase the ROF + ammo. 4.5 dps, reason: More DPS as AC2 and more burst and crit.
AC5 -> Increase the ROF + more ammo. 4 dps min, reason: Better crit then AC2, but same dps.
LBX10 -> Flat damage increase to 1.5 per pellet, half the range, increase a tiny bit ROF.
Direct compeditor: other ACs

SSRM2 -> You have to lock on every shot again, but you can fire them unguided if you want to.

EDIT: Don't forget that these ideas are made of stone, anything you bring on the line will be considered. These things where just basic ideas.
