Time will settle lacking the imagination or intellect needed to troll successfully? Oh I seriously doubt that, but keep trying though. At least I can't fault you for effort as you've been at it since the latest patch.

So since last patch (the first time I've used LRMs), my missiles on both my lrm15 and 20 are doing on average 3.1 damage a pop.

1 Salvo of LRM 15 on my Hunchback - Dead, this is not my idea of fun.

Remove splash damage from missiles till its fixed, an "early April" fix is just not good enough imho.

Back to topic, instead of posting your experience in text, why don't you show a game play video or two to prove that LRM is now beyond broken?

I just calculated the damage i accumulated since last night;

LRM 10: Hit = 2366 , Damage = 6458 6458 / 2366 = 2.73 damage per missile
LRM 15: Hit = 3016 , Damage = 8454 8454 / 3016 = 2.80 damage per missile

Conclusion: Missiles are doing ~1.0 damage more (2.8 instead of 1.8),

Just kinda unfortunate there in-house testers and balancers didn't notice this huge glaring problem.

UACs that don't jam
LRMs that come straight down
Cataphract head hitbox
Lasers that were only producing a fraction of the heat they should

it isn't the first time. I doubt it will be the last.

Hi...I'm not sure who's idea it was to buff LRMs but please let me explain something:

In tabletop, missile launchers, even streaks were not that good. An LRM20 would average about 10 points of spread out damage with average die rolls... with bad die rolls missile launchers felt much better at wasting time and ammo than they did at killing things. In your game, missiles are soooo good, it's just stupid to take anything else- I am in serious shock and disbelief that somebody at PGI seriously thought BUFFING missiles was a good idea at a time when every other mech in the game is a "missile boat" including many of the most notorious "cheese builds".

I'll let you guys in on a secret, since now it is glaringly obvious that most of the devs' never played CBT- in 20 years of playing various BT/MW games, I have never liked missile boats....because by design they only do about half of their on paper potential damage- your guys' version of MW has it so missile boats are waaaaay toooo good, people have complained about them being waaaay tooo good many times, and the thought that you just f*$#&ing BUFFED THEM MORE does seriously have me about to /uninstall and not bother to look back.

Seriously, you guys just took such a steamy dump on my hopes for this game I don't even know if it's worth the energy to ask you to fix it....F#&^ you guys, how f(#^#&ing stupid are you?
