Yeah, this and pretty much every dev post they've ever made. They make grand promises, but give us oilrigs and take 3 months to lower PPC heat by 1 point.

PGI just can't stop dissapointing. You would figure that by making, a simulation/first person game, then you would stick to that. If you purposely make a third-person game like MechAssault was, then stick to that from the start. Unbelievable. Make up your minds! I stomached MechAssault because from the beginning it was to be a different game. So I accepted it. But PGI keeps telling lies. They said no coolant and no 3rd person. Blatant Lies!

This is how I feel about it. I'm not going to get too excited when I've seen their e-mail marketing make similar mistakes in the past. One hand does not know what the other is doing.

Hogwash.

3rd person view in WoT is a clear advantage and also created a storm when it was introduced in that game.

If you swing your camera around you can see an enemy tank come around a building, something that's impossible in first person view. You can even see over a hill without exposing your turret.

You've clearly never played WoT.

Ah I see I forgot the question mark on my post. Let me go fix that.
As for majority, the poll only covers the user base that actually uses the forums and decides to participate in that poll. Useful, but not entirely determinate.

I have five tier Xs actually. And while I think it would need a great amount of revision to work with MWO the principle behind the limiting factors to the function is sound.
