1) It's two weeks. Even if the mech was grossly OP, it's just two weeks.

but more importantly:
2) Like every other hero mech, it's not OP. It's at best generally balanced, arguably it suffers from limited hardpoints and isn't really that good. Thus, it's in no way Pay to Win.

Your example - clan mechs - is obviously trolling, as clan mechs (at least in canon) are simply better than IS mechs.


Pay To Win doesn't mean "You can get something with real money you can't with in-game currency", it means "Things you can purchase with real money are objectively better than things you can buy with in game currency." These are two very, very different things.
