By reinstalling you mean that I need to download a client from the scratch or I can use one downloaded prior the last patch?

Patch didn't work. Mech was stuck in game for 20 minutes after the match had ended as of 8:23 PST in came out at 8:43. I crashed on load to the mechlab.

Did they fix the kaleidoscope HUD bug ? I nearly had a seizure, and totally had a BAD headache the one and only time it happened to me.

I'm not touching the game until this is fixed.

WHAT ABOUT THE FPS DROP?

This has not helped with a black screen that drops me to mechlab in the middle of a match. I'm getting frustrated because this makes it UNPLAYABLE to me, and it sounds like I'm not alone. What happened since 2 patches ago that would cause this? My game was completely stable about a month ago and now I usually can't play 2 matches in a row before it goes black screen and crashes to mechlab.

FPS drop to single digit numbers here, plus certain other bugs like mentioned.
The game was fine with improved performance over the last patches, now it is unplayable.

Please do something, I am on turkey

Saw some gameplay footage out of curiosity. Even bugged, MWO is better... although I understand the hype about Hawken.

For those yelling about FPS drop (brr... single digits, I hate you)

was about to start a threat but this will do fine.

i have always been having problems with this game ever since i started 3-4 months ago. it use to be over heating, i fixed that with a simple clean and reposition but gpu/cpu still ran hot! then i use to crash 1 out of 4 games or have fps bug. that got fixed in a patch or two. everything was good after that! i didnt crash or have fp2 bugs just alot of hug/ingame bugs but no crashing.

this last patch has done me over. i had 1 good game after patch and 9 attempted games after. 9 games where i had full system crashes. roughly 3-5 mins into game i crash.

i have not attempted to reinstall yet. just to let you know, in 4 months of playing this game i have reinstalled about 7-8 times.

i want to play with my friends, i want to play heavy metal and i dont want to buy a new computer for that.

please fix it soon.

I just installed it once, and that was back in closed beta. And till then it worked as I awaited.
Before last patch I hade maybe 5 to 6 crashes over the whole time and I play every for at least 3 hours.
And I can count it on my fingers when I ran into mapbugs and I still have some fingers free for digging in my nose.
But since last patch I have 2 crashs a day and my sytem is uptodate with patches and drivers.
I run it on Win7 Ultimate 64Bit with nVidia 570 and all the latest drivers and it works....

Thanks for finally admitting there was a problem.
Would have been nice to see you roll it back instead of making us play a horribly broken game since Tuesday so you could keep your mech sales.

I like this game, I really do.

I am beginning though to be filled with Hate for PGI / IGP.

I think that every IP they get they are going to put the Duke Nuke Em Forever stink on.

It makes me sad and pissed to think what they are going to end up doing to MW/BT IP.

Did not think they could be bigger idiots than Microsoft.

They said it was rolling out, so not all their servers are updated at once. Give it a few hours my friend.

Thank you PGI that i cannot play and now miss the 3050 weekend.Wanted to buy the holo and premium time but now you can be sure,i will save my money.The first time that me AND my unit is so p..ed off since we play. This Hotfix is a bad joke.Every Match after 30 seconds to 2 minutes till the graphik bug comes up.Mini map bug,crash to desktop etc.....Absolut unplayable at moment.

Well, this hotfix did nothing for the lcd polygon graphic bug though I'm not sure it was intended to. Yes, I've got the updated drivers and yes I've deleted the shader folders/etc. I get this bug every match, multiple times. The game is currently unplayable until this is fixed.

Completly deinstall the game - Upgrade your graphic driver - reinstall - Helps sometimes ..

Really Really bad, cant do anything. I did realized that in mechlab I have no sound, there is always an ambient sound in the background. Every match I Dropp I get the Black screen. Im so sad XD that small patch F***d everything up.
