Also as for the Highlander 733c, how come it isn't on Sarna? I was going to be so so so sad if I couldn't mount an AC/20 on my Highlander. Now I hope this is an actual variant they'll put in.

It was scratched, because we told them the art is wrong and that Dragon always had a lower arm acutator, only that ****** art didn't represent it right.
Here's your proof:

Straight out of gamefiles.

looks like they still model the mechs in their concept art colors like they used to. instead of in olive green.

So, by TT rules when you split crits of an arm-mounted AC/20 to torso, you should get it slaved to the torso reticle - even worse than in actuatorless arm (with which you can at least get good vertical angle).

No, that is the uniform paint.
You add green o it and you get the stock paint we have now.
You add other color and you get a different look.
Basically moifiable texture to make paint schemes to work.

seems like they buffed its turn rate and speed of arm movement too
- HGN-733C has a 5% faster turning rate and a 5% faster torso movement rate.
is this to compensate for locking the arm left arm to the right arm?
or did they implement it with 3 reticles. the right way

I think they made a good compromise. I was expecting 0 lateral arm movement.
theyr'e going to have to add it for the victor eventually. though if they do 0 laterl movement. there will be 1 arm actuator on the left side that does nothing but take up a crit space.

Really hoping for a three reticle solution.
