This is a beta, open or closed. Bugs will surface and resurface. Until this is game is finished, you can't complain if there are some bugs. Bottom line, we get to play early and as a result also have to help test the game for pgi. If there's a bug, certainly report it, but don't whine about it and claim that pgi is screwing the pooch with bugs. There will be bugs; it's the point of a beta.

Exactly, and even AFTER beta I don't expect it to be 100% perfect, that's just how games are. People set their standards too high.

Hmmm, I tend to think the opposite, too many people settle for mediocrity. Some people obviously feel the game is worth spending money on in it's current form. My money has recently been going to games I have felt far more worth spending money on though. Bioshock Infinite being one of them. That game really showed me the extent that MW:O is sub par with it's graphics engine compared to high end current releases...wow! Bioshock is a pretty amazing looking game, and the gameplay and story were pretty great too. Ordering it from Steam came with XCOM as well, all for half the price of what I paid into a Founder package for MW:O, and to be honest, I feel my money has been far better spent on the Bioshock deal than MW:O. I'll be happily surprised if Community Warfare ends up something worth participating in 6 months down the road, if ever. A solid, engaging, and immersive Community Warfare (that was focused on in the early Closed Beta advertising) is the only thing that really drew me to MW:O in the first place. If it really does end up having a large portion of the Community Warfare aspect become pay content as recent interviews have foreshadowed, I'll probably just chalk up the $120 as a poor expenditure and move on.

lolwut
bioshock infinite graphics are really not all that impressive. had you said borderlands 2 (cell shaded even) or crysis 3, you'd have a point.

bioshock infinite? how? the game looks like it's 3 years old already.

oh also, QQ more. the majority of people who play MWO are happy with it, your opinion is not even close to normal. so why don't you just pick up your toys and go home to play by yourself? the rest of us would appreciate not having to hear your whining anymore.

Your attempts at staying on topic are futile...

Abandon all hope Ye who enter here,

For this is the land of Kaetetôã

where threads come to be reborn,

to provide entertainment from whence there was none,

a tender morsle thrown to us by the Word of MOD,

A gift, as it were, that will keep on giving

long after it's life has expired.

Ahh, yes, Screwdrivers...

My most prized screwdriver

is the very special one I obtained

at great expense to turn

left-handed screws

there are only a few known to exist

A top notch graphics engine they urinated on by making it run on DX9? :)

It may be urine-soaked now, but when they decide to zip up their pants in the near future and implement DX11 (which they've stated was coming soon TM ) it will look even better. And, while this is a different topic altogether, I'll drop it by saying I actually enjoy the way the game looks, and I think it looks pretty damn good as it is. Really psyched to see just how much it'll improve upon the upgrade...

Here is a picture of my most beloved

to the untrained eye it looks like a

simple right-handed thread screwdriver

but only a true connoisseur can

distinguish the finer details

that makes one left-hand threaded

such a feast for the eyes,
to be driven with such delicate mercies
and to ponder the ponderous imponderables...
Behold what gifts I bestow upon thee...
that you might partake of the glorious delights
that is the screwdriver

Epic driver indeed.

Just think of the torque that you can apply to that stubborn screw
