If the issues appear it's always after the match start sequence, when the HUD gets initialized.
Issues appear at random, no recognizable sequence, in about one out of three games

What's interesting is that I normally don't get the same problem. It's something new, different and even more interesting than the last problem.
I just came out of a game where I was stuck in spectator mode and W was everywhere. Running my Hunchback 4G(f) on River City Conquest. Normally I can deal with the minimap bugs but this was just weird. It was like that movie effect when someone gets shaken by a nearby grenade and everything is motion blur to the max/slow motion. No IFF made things difficult because I didn't want to shoot anyone until they shot back so as not to hit friendlies. Luckily I didn't meet any badies and my team wont the day.
I'm really looking forward to the next patch. This last one was a doozy.

When I have no mini map, I can not bring up battle-map until i hit escape twice, but once I pull up battle map it just shows grids, when it closes, my mini map now displays all icons clustered in center of mini map, but no topo features, just the icons.
When I have no mini-map and still have IFF if I try to hit escape and back in most times the IFF will be gone.
Tourmaline map and frozen city day seem to have the greatest frequency of bugs, however, I also seem to get those two maps much more often than any others.

I don't think system specs affect most of these bugs, they're definitely hidden away in the game somewhere, but for what it's worth, I'm running an nVidia 650ti boost.
I don't seem to get them nearly as much as some of my clan mates (so many have left because of bugs it's ridiculous) but 20 percent of my matches have some sort of ridiculous HUD bug, and it's been like this since I downloaded the game in October.
The presence of some of those poll questions makes me think you have no idea what causes these bugs after six months

HUD issues are almost always preceded by the tab/q key bug, where tab minimizes MWO and q acts like alt-tab.
As more patches are applied, the bugs seem to increase in frequency.
An uninstall of MWO, running ccleaner, cold boot and then reinstall MWO seems to decrease the amount of HUD bugs for awhile.

when i strt a match, sometimes i have absolutley nothing on screen. Usually fter these matches, it will crash if i minimize while i wait or a match to finish

Wrong HUD shown for the game mode - in Conquest receiving the Assault style HUD, has happened twice. The point counters do correctly show the number of resources collected, but you have no idea how far a base is captured. Additionally while the bases are correctly labeled on the minimap on the compass they are shown as stars (Assault) instead of squares.

The issues seem to be random. I cannot see a pattern, but there may be one.
I have only been running my founders Atlas, except for two matches, since the patch. So I had to vote for that mech.

I think it's more common when I have another window open during the searching/match startup screens, but I've never really paid close attention.
I've also gotten a bug in conquest mode where my team's capture point progress shows up in red and the opposing team is blue.

Welp, got a new HUD bug today that I'd never seen before:
Weird numbers on the mech paper doll
Heat constantly @ 100% and flashing
Radar moves and shows terrain, but nothing else.
IFF Blue triangles are where the mechs were when the match started, but don't update / and or move.
If I target something, I get Betty telling me that a new target is acquired, but no visuals.
Ran the repair tool right afterward, no errors were found.

Beyond the common reported HUD bug, I also getting the following on very rare occasion:
1. Speed bar is a full yellow bar, the "yellow" will not change with speed change. However, the little green triangle is still present to inform me of speed change.
2. Base Health does not update. Will receive message from betty about base being cap but base health does not go down. Confirm to not be betty's error as have lost 1 match to base cap with HUD showing full base health.
Problem appear after doing a full installation with new client, error tool reported no error found.

I am running an i7 2760Q and 3gb GT555 with Optimus and the latest Beta driver from Nvidia (320) Which by the way has given me a significant boost in performance but not affected HUD issues.

Likewise on this one. This happens only on conquest and about 10 or 15% of the time. It is very weird.

Voted specifications as 'High' AND 'VeryHigh', depends on ur view. my cpu is very high but my 560ti gpu isnt.
The hud bug seem random to me, they dont happen often maybe <5% of the time, and i do experiance a ctd though not connected to b4 or after said bugs, (game instantly closes) now and then, i can go a day( 4-6hours of gaming) without seeing it, then the next day it may happen 2 times.
