CONSTANTLY SYNC dropped?! that would have been awesome. can someone write a guide post about how to sync drops?

The sync drop accusation is never going away apparently. Even though the devs themselves with access to the metrics say there isn't any in the top positions. Lol.

Look if a maybe above average player like me can reach top 10 and occasionally pull 6-7 kill games it's not so hard to believe a top level player is able to grind those out with a higher frequency especially when they have a plan more complex than my "play how I normally do except killsteal a lot" plan.

You know all you guys do is complain and complian about the people who run this game. They are doing a great job there is no way a bad cheating problem in this game. When i was an avid apb player id see on a good day 10 hackers and 5 aimboters. On a bad day if you were an honest non pay to win/hacker then dont even bother. These guys kick *** yea some people are shady but who care. If that helps them live their life and make them happy so be it. Remember this is a game that you dont have to pay for. These guys dont have to care as much as they do. If you payed into it and dont like it then stop paying and playing. So how about next time you drop you look at the game and say thank you.

did they open the view for all to see they are legit?no
I can too say they are legit but i doubt they really investigatet it
exept ah looks all fine nothing to see.
Since looking that much matches up is for sure timeconsuming and boring work to do
and look on the other side even if they did, a normal
IQed guy will sincerly doubt it, since the only thing
PGI can say to lose not there face is that they must be legit
so its anyway bad :X

It also depends on how they go about reading it. I'm no conspiracy nut, but pretty much unless pgi posts all 400 or so matches the #1s played there's going to be the accusations. PGI just saying they checked isn't going to satisfy any of the accusations, as they'll just assume the top 20 matches were looked at.

So you're postulating that the people who won may have cheated on matches that weren't counted and should be disqualified for doing so. So they cheated and ended up with a worse score than the legit matches they played...

The real conspiracy would be how they ended up better players than they are cheaters if you ask me...

Heh, that's a great idea, but I would never have turned down an opportunity to drop with either soy or koreanese on the last day if i had the chance.

If I could get into their drop, I could either actively hunt them if they were on the enemy team, or guarantee they would not get a decent score out of the match if they were friendly. Better yet, if they died early they could spectate me and bask in the majesty of my gameplay as I was zerged and beaten into a molten puddle.

Would be easy to stop sync drops during contest just by allowing only solo drops and not have any groups drops with solo's.

Here is a thought..... Fix missile dmg to give more accurate readings. I won't do tournaments since you've managed to destroy a game I love. I almost wish I hadn't invested as much cash as I have. Shame I love this game so much and yet you have nerfed missiles into submission, now its all poptarts and autocannons. I love PPC's more than anyone, but damn, I haven't been destroyed by heavy missile fire in months. All these tournaments are is a gimmick, you are trying to bring people back to a game that they feel has failed them. Sorry I have to be like this, I love MW:O and have the 35 mechbay's to prove it, but you guys are screwing the pooch hard on this one.

A) I said I'm not a conspiracy nut
B ) if they only looked at the top 20 that's not indicative of sync dropping. If you sync dropped 6 times but only 1 was a top 20 round then top 20 round x wouldn't look like a sync drop on the other 19 top matches.

Once again, not a conspiracy nut, but I can see the arguments either way, and have faith in the people looking over the scores, which is sad that they have to do in the first place.

And as I said, some people won't be satisfied until they get every match played in the last week by anyone in the top 10 really
