Not had much time lately, but have slowly got the ejection seat textured up. Going to work on texturing the rest of the cockpit next (probably)

Thanks!! Yeah, I'm planning on adding more detail to the cockpit textures, including giving the screens some graphics :)

Got the screen displays textured, textured the windscreen glass to look mucky, added a little muck to the inside of the cockpit and started to texture behind the cockpit. I'm not texturing the external parts of the mech yet. Also have added normal maps to some textures.

Have started to texture outside of the cockpit and will slowly try and get the whole mech textured in detail. I have decided to try and get a kind of rusty look to try and make the mech look old, worn and well used with paint etc chipping away with rust.
The rusty beam going around the inside of the cockpit looks low res from the in cockpit view, so that will need to be changed. Also plan on going over the cockpit textures again to tweak them up.

Can you make a demo for Oculus Rift with a view from the cockpit at the Unity 4.3.3?
It is not difficult. Especially considering the fact that you have done.

Will you sell this high-poly model? For example, for 3D-printing.
And can you share the low-poly model for my experiment with VR-HMD?

After taking a break, I recently got back to work on this project. To start with, I have retextured and added more textures to the cockpit to try and make it look more realistic, and some are higher resolution. Most of the items in the cockpit are now textured instead of being lazy and having some of the smaller objects as a diffuse colour. Also, the outer textures have also been re done, the camo has gone and its now a green metal kind of texture. I just thought before the mech looked so rusty it would just break into bits, so went over pretty much all of the current textures :) The lower torso part that the legs connect to has now also been textured, inside and out. Currently, I am re building the LRM launchers from scratch, as they looked to flimsy and bland before, and will then texture them when they are rebult.

Too bad that when you start developing something really fantastic, there are always some guys that say you "NOPE" and shut down everything, just because they are not as good as you, but have more money instead.

PGI should know something about that.
