For me recently... The last kill in the video below...
Headshotting an Atlas from >800M with Dual Gauss.. It took me 4 Alphas but whatever...
Watch the titan slowly drop backwards.. Most satisfying sight..
*Got to thank that Atlas for standing still though..

Most satisfying kill was one I didn't know I made.

It was conquest on Tera Therma in my Yen-Lo-Wang. I went solo to Epsilon from a weird angle with the idea to catch a light 'Mech unaware for a quick AC20 kill. It worked. I caught a Jenner standing still and put an AC20 round and LPL burst into the CT taking the armor down to red. The Jenner started fighting back, tentatively at first, but soon I started taking heavy LRM fire. A Victor and Catapult had cleared a nearby ridge and were sending a lot of fire my way. I set a vector for the nearest cover around a small volcano, and the Jenner disengaged having a heavily damaged torso at this point. I started returning fire against the Victor, targeting the right torso, and probably landed 3 or 4 AC20 rounds before getting to cover.

At that point I had lost my shield arm and had taken heavy armor damage from the LRMs in most sections. While I was behind the volcano the Jenner re-engaged but one accurate LPL burst finished them off. I figured that if I could finish off the Victor I could out gun the Catapult inside LRM range, but couldn't take much more damage without being critical. I came around the other side of the volcano, but the Victor had anticipated my manuver and squarely hit me with an alpha strike. I took my shot at a side torso, but had forgotten which one I was targeting earlier. I guessed right and the Victor's torso was deep orange. I turned away from the Catapult's LRM volley, and turned back for one more shot at the Victor. Hit! The arm and torso disappear in a brief explosion, but no kill message. The Victor was not running an XL.

Avoiding another LRM salvo I ducked behind another hill, further south, further away from my lance. I was disappointed that despite my accuracy, I would still be facing two heavier 'Mechs when I round the next hill. I was running low on AC20 ammunition and had lost all armor from my center and left torsos. Approaching 20 meters left to open ground and my impending defeat the Catapult was targeted and was being TAGged. There was hope my lance was coming.. NO it was only a single LRM Locust!

Rounding the corner at least the Catapult had turned to the Locust, so I fired on its rear torso. A couple more steps and the Victor... was just standing there facing my last location. They had anticipated my last movement exactly; why not now? Were they shut down? Back to the matter at hand. The Catapult had evaluated that the Locust was not a threat and turned on me. I fired another AC20 LPL, but it raked me with 2 large lasers taking, my torso to critical damage. At least I was under LRM range or I would have died right then. I shielded the next large laser shots with my remaining AC20 arm, and one final shot ended the Catapult.

I turned back to Epsilon, grateful for the chance to relax for a few minutes while securing the cap point. I walked over to the motionless Victor, smouldering, staring at the gap between two small volcanoes. I checked the battle log, and sure enough the kill had registered. It must have been an ammo explosion a few seconds later, and I didn't notice the message while I was checking the status of my 'Mech. I can't describe the relief rounding the corner to face the back of a Catapult and a statue of a Victor when I expected to have seconds left before my destruction.

Caustic Valley 10 minutes in a now no-armed SHD. Running hard When a CDA poked its body round a ridge at roughly 90 degrees to my run. Snapped off my last (unbeknown to me at the time) AC5 round. Carried on running and scanning when I noticed that the kill record up on the left hand of the screen had my name up. Could only laugh to myself as I tried to stay alive and check how much streak ammo I had left.

best kill,
will nearly 9 months ago, tourmaline desert
8vs8 of course
driving an Ilya Chainsaw
3 enemys left, i solo a Jenner him capping our base a Hunch covering him
a AS7 slowly closing in on base
The critical Damage message was already warning me that my CT and one ST was seriously damaged
I had have my 2 kills in that game so i was alredy pretty satisfied
as i engage the Jenner, the Hunch got up the hill trying to flank me.
after 2 or 3 salvos the jenner was history, i turned to my left where in excatly that moment the Huch apeard over the crest.
The first double-tab salvo tooked his CT armor off.
My Screen shooked by the impact of a AC - thought it was over
but my Ilya soldiered on - after an other salvo the Huch was gone as well.
on the Corner of the Screen i saw the AS7 closing in on me now...
it had a pretty much hurt right schoulder, but even that one was in better conditions than my Ilya
i moved backward a bit into cover as i decided to replicate the move the Hunch intended on me before.
I got over the Hill the first salvo turning down his Schoulder leaving him with a ML and LRMs
So i tried to stay close to limit him to his ML
I got some nice hits on his CT and avoided most of his trys
as my ammo went to zero
in a last glimp of hope i fired my 3 MLs shutting down due overheat and watching the AS7 going down
was my first >1K match

Other Awesome - me in Jenner, in caustic valley
jumping around the creater scoring a kill by firing my 2xsrm4 while i was in the air, getting a kill a being blast out of the sky before i touched the ground :D

Pop tarting on 2 occasions

1. PPC Jenner on Canyon, running sideways and jump jetting, pulling off a shot at a Jagermech behind half cover at 500m, hitting CT and killing him.

2. HGN-733P Jump Jetting and hitting the last Assault mech (I think, it was pretty big) in the CT at over 800m while I was in the air with dual PPC.

my most satisfying kills occured on one of the rare times i was running a light. i had a jenner d and was playing on forrest colony. i was involved in a one on one duel against another jenner and was doing pretty well. suddenly an enemy spider showed up and the tide started turning. i ran towards the boat in the water aiming for the hole in the middle to make my escape. between the two of them shooting at me i wasn't going to survive. as i ran through the boat i popped an airstrike on the ground in front of myself right as i died. the jenner and spider ran through the boat and right into the airstrike it. it killed them both after i had died and it felt amazing racking up 2 post mortem kills. lol.

I have two stories.

I was messing around with my BJ-1DC doing an AC-20 and ERPPC combo (before nerfs and AC-20 Boomjacks were cool) on canyon network. we had spawned at the A3 base and were pushing towards kappa. the whole enemy team had gotten the same idea, pushing their entire lance through the E4-C5 trench. I found myself pinned behind the mesa in the lower right hand corner of C4 (smurfy map link) with basically the entire enemy team surrounding me (I was a little ambitious at the moment). I was peaking out either side taking pop shots with the AC-20 and ERPPC at anyone I could possibly hit. I noticed that an atlas was rounding the mid-ridge below me in C5 headed along the diagonal towards C4, doing what an atlas does best: tanking damage and making everyone else run in fear. the atlas had stopped from overheating when I poked my head out to fire off a shot.

I saw the opportunity, lined up the cross-hairs, pulled both triggers on the AC-20 and PPC.... and both rounds went straight through his head and dropped him like a stone. for a new BJ pilot trying load-outs...... it was glorious.

the second also comes in my BJ-1DC, I was on tourmaline in F5 near the stargate facing off with a teammate against an Orion. my teammate was getting hammered by the Orion, but I was being ignored allowing me to get behind the Orion and start to eat up his back armor (I had switched up my loadout since the heat nerfs and I now ran an ERLL with the AC-20). While it wasn't a glorious honor dule, the Orion kept ignoring me allowing me to peal off his rear armor. We were going round and round on the hill-side in F5 of tourmaline; he was trying to shake me at the same time as kill my teammate. I placed one good AC-20 round right in his rear CT coring him out before he got my buddy. His Orion flew down the hill-side like a sparta-kicked rag-doll crumpling in a smoldering pile at the bottom.

I like my BlackJacks
