As a father of 2 girls myself, this hits home.
You have my sincere condolences.

Put me down for a purchase of the 'Jenna'.

How about you contact her family and see if they are taking donations, or if they have a fundraiser set up for cancer research in her honor? How about you take your money and donate it to an actual cancer research fund?

That would be much more helpful overall and in the long to everybody with cancer, than making a hero mech and making people buy MC to get it and donating money from it.

Instead of buying 10 hero jenners, you could go donate $200 to cancer research.

You are missing the point of a community gesture, we want to celebrate the life of a young girls and her bravery in the face of her death... not to focus on it.

So anyways, back on topic. I think it's a great gesture if the family improves. Agreed? Thought so. :)

Firstly, my deepest and most heartfelt sympathies to Jon and your family, to lose a child - simply unbearable - I wish you all the best and hope that despite the tragedy that your little angel lives in your hearts and her memory allows you to smile as the pain recedes. From my own family and from my brothers and sisters of SIN, our condolences.

Cant fathom what those Sarah left behind are experiencing right now but they have my sympathy and condolences.

Even if i've only been around this game for a few days, to see so many within the community coming together to express their condolences, respect and to show their support to honor the passing of one of our little fellow mechwarriors is a very moving sight.

Will certainly be contributing to whatever is released in Sarahs' memory, be it a 'mech, paintjob or even a cockpit accessory.

Rest in Peace little one.

Posted on the Facebook thread already, but just echoing my support for the idea of a JR7-SRA - if the proceeds go to cancer, I would buy that in a heartbeat.

While not a parent, my significant other is in surgery and going through cancer treatment the very moment I am writing this.

My deepest and sincerest condolences to the family of Sarah - knowing and fighting this scourge is a terribly rocky road.
