Well my bets are on these three variants as the standard issues:
9B - ac20, SRM4 2xMed laser (Standard victor)
9A1 - Same as the 9B but it drops three tons of armor to mount a mgun and two flamers (IE more ballistic and energy mounts) extra.
Two others are possible, but wouldnt have much difference in hard points, the 9K uses endo steel to mount a gauss rifle instead of the AC20 and medium pulse lasers instead of the standards. The 9S drops a ton of armor off the 9B to upgrade the SRM to a 6 rack.
Everything past that are ahead of our current time line by a good ten years at least, much as id like to see the UAC10 model.

As a counterpoint:
- The VTR-9B is the "standard/default variant", so its inclusion is a near-certainty.
- The introduction story/artwork featured a Davion-affiliated Victor mounting a Gauss Rifle - an indication that the VTR-9D (to which the VTR-9K is spec-wise identical, save the use of region-specific components) is very likely to be included as the "3050-era recovered LosTech variant".
Also of interest is that they didn't use the Victor "Li" (the personal BattleMech of Li Dok To) as the Hero 'Mech.

I like that they are keeping it more as a Davion hero mech, since it was "The" most used assault in the Davion line up. Buying the DS tonight and putting it in the Heavy guard colours

As we now know the mechs for october through november that leaves us with 3 mechs till the regular release of the locust in october, so 1 assault and 2 ... something?
well we were told that the Orion was bumped for one cycle, and will be the next heavy, but ..well you know how reliable reports can be
