It seems to be Julius Caesar wasn't born in this universe and so do Augustus. So they use original 10 month Roman calendar. As we already get update for Sextilis next update in September. Cheers =)

These "updates" usually just show whats already been released in the patch before and don't contain too much new info, so not having July update doesnt really matter.

Or maybe, just maybe, they are actually working hard to get the game ready for CW, 12v12, UI 2.0, balance, and all those other tasty bits and have decided to stop trying to "fix" the current state of the game which will, hopefully, soon be out of date. This is what I choose to believe
