I hope it will have more than 6 hardpoints on all variants, because I don't really see it being that good compared to the other heavies. Given that two of the variants would be functionally identical stock, I think ( and hope ) we'll see one or two additional hardpoints on it to set them apart.

Well, the Quickdraw-5K will have more than 6 for sure (6 energy, 1 missile minimum). It will be compared primarily to the Dragon, Trebuchet, and Catapult... and from what I can tell it'll be between all of them in functionality... the higher JJ tonnage will probably limit it a bit...

For the 5K i don't think they will add too many more energy hard points maybe 2 if we're lucky.

i think its more likely it will end up with an extra missile hardpoint instead. and we'll have a 6 energy 2 missile hardpoints.

I hope PGI took the mobility aspect of the QD to heart, supposed to be a fast striker(80+kph) stock, has jump capabilities of a light mech (150 mts a jump). an excellent brawler so, its torso and arm swing should be much better than most mechs.

Jump jets still suck in the game still, so I wouldn't expect any major change to JJ in the next patch. They are simply Hoover Jets where you can't make the full "jump" distance forward or sideways, just "hovers" the distance in a slow upward arc. Lamest JJ's in any Mech game at this point in time.

hehe, I called it I said QD arm and torso swing should be much better than most mechs, and they gave the 4G a quirk of +33% arm swing speed :)
