How can you apply it when your range is 270? 300xl is pretty much the max you want to run in most Mediums.

How? because i have a 350xl ofcourse.
I usually run around 280-300 aswelll but after a test, its worth it, the extra speed makes all the difference for t the run and gun playstyle of this build.

Sad i didnt take a screenshot but did 7 kills 700 damage the other day, common is 3-500 though and i have an easier time doing that than with a sniper build most of the time.

against low elo maybe. That build wont work when you get higher. You are spreading damage and have very low range. Two things the Shawks arent suppose to do.

your the second one in one thread that cant get their facts right, First the engine now this.
IT FITS OK!! iv played over 20 matches in this setup and 100+ total in 2d2 and this is the best iv got.

Dont talk elo there is no visible rating.
I can tell i have more kills than deaths in it and more wins than losses total on my account,

your saying a medium with 113 speed and jumpjets isnt fit for hit and runs basically, what ya smoking.

The Shadowhawk is a 2K with 3 large pulse lasers. I built it in responce to the fun I was having with my Wolverine 6K. I found that moving the firepower from the right arm to the left shoulder was a real benefit even if the large pulse lasers aren't quite as effective on the Shadowhawk.

My build for the 2H is very unusual but effective.

The PPC and LRMs give you decent long range but the main goal is to go up close once you have them low and SRM + MG them to death. You would think that would be awkward but is does work. The only downside is that the PPC is relatively low so it's not a peekaboo sniper weapon and you will wiff the ground a bit till you get used to it. Since the PPC is the only major heat source you won't have to worry about overheating unless you start panic firing.
