Can We Activate Premium Time In Chunks?

But after getting the Overlord Phoenix package, I feel, and am sure I'm not alone, that if I 'activate' 120 days of premium time and spend those 4 months just playing to get the most out of it. It's going to become a chore and i'll hate the game by the end of it. Conversely if I don't make the most of it, I've wasted my money.
I don't really want to spend 4 months grinding a game, and would rather be able to sit down at a weekend, activate 2 days worth of premium time, and play. Then be able to go on and do University work for a couple of weeks before I get a chance to come back.
Being a student, I have plenty of pressures on my time already, without feeling I'm wasting my money here.
Is there any chance that UI2.0, could bring with it the feature to activate chunks of premium time, in the same way we currently can spend MC on premium time AS we want it?
I'm Interested in other peoples views too though: Discuss...

And from a business sense it's better for them not to put in a pause button.
Think about it, buy a months premium time - thats 720 hours. You could potentially drag that one months premium time out over the entire year - and that's playing almost two hours every single day.
No way will any business do that, not if they want money.

1 day is too short. 1 week could be great even if ya play only 2-4 days that weeks. Or even 1 fully months activation instead 4months.
At least Pgi could give us different prizes for the pause/short time premium time and the normal premium. Normal premium time should be cheaper.

Blah blah blah business sense, not impressed by the argument tbh, as i would assume many more people would buy in.

Here we go with the 'entitled' defense as usual. How is that dragging it out? How is it not just paying for what you play?
lets see here... $180 a year for a paltry money and exp bonus... and possible CW restriction. And THAT for a small scope arena shooter. I'd gladly pay $15 a month if this game was as promised or what it could have been.
Games that charge that much have the content, stability, speed of development to back it up. What's this have? A graphic update of a thing thats been done before. A srs lack of any creativity in game modes. Models that look pretty but utterly fail for competitive pvp (i'm looking at you rocks and building corner hitboxes). A fake beta so they can figure out how to make a game while profiting from it. Sledgehammer balancing? Non destructive environments in a mech game... with crytek ffs. $*&^$(*@WTF
Instead of trying something new, PGI opts to go the route the rest of the world goes and make it subscription, with dreams of WoW or LoL money pimpin out the MW IP... well i see the same people game after game after game... speaks volumes about player count even without our CB counter. They charge $40 for a hero assault mech... and $5-$8 for a single prem paint color. How on earth is rethinking the premium time counter being "entitled"?
Or at least use your brain a little and come up with something besides 'entitled' to dismiss other people. Maybe you have $180(prem per year) $40xXX(for heros) $20+ to epaint etc etc .. but for most normal people that's ridiculous for a game.. ESP a game in the state mwo is in.

I have not used my founder premium time either, because I never find enough time to play. I can squeeze in 2 days here in there, but not 3-4 months long. I have a job, can't afford to just sit at home and play games all day long for extended periods of time. I bet many players are in the same boat.. I really wish PGI will enable premium activation by chunk of 3 days-1 week.

Your business acumen is obviously on a par with your understanding of "self entitled". We make a suggestion where we would pay PGI some money as their current model doesn't really suit us and you think that it makes sense for them to ignore it completely and therefore take no extra revenue from us at all?

As to making more money for PGI/IGP. I'm currently spending $0.00 on premium time (I do have some banked up, but that is from promos and bundles.) I would like to spend >$0.00 on premium time, but they do not offer a product that meets my need. There will never be a time when even a day's premium time will be worth the money. So they can either offer something new or make no money. I believe I'm not alone in this feeling, and that there is a market for hourly rates that won't cannibalize their daily/monthly rates.

Not a bad idea too...more options never a bad thing, maybe not 5 times though, 3 or 4 times the usally MC cost?

They'd lose out on so much money, and people would play less.

If you have the time to play enough every month to make premium time worth it, you have enough time to grind out every single mech already and there is no need for go for premium time. The people who are time poor and cash rich are the people who need premium time. However there is no way I am going to spend my hard earned cash on something I will waste 90% of.
It took me over two MONTHS to push the button on ONE day of FREE premium time, that is how long it was before I had a whole day free to play the game.
