Used several different builds on my 9S (only victor i kept).

Started out with 380 XL, AC20, 2 ml , 3srm4 (85kph assault mech for the giggles).
Changed it to a standard jumpsniper, but recently i fell in love with following build:

PPC and AC20 for a 30 dmg pinpoint alpha, 3xsrm4 because i love srm and they still pack a punsh if you are lucky with your hitreg dicerolls . Decent speed, AMS, 2 JJ, runs rather cool.

The AC20 instead of 2x AC5 makes it more of a mid-closerange mech, since it gets hard hitting guys with the 20 at 600m or something like that. You can still tickle them with your ppc though.
