It's such a wonderfull feeling to see this classic return, and especialy as a massive online game. I think this is the best thing for this game.
I'm wishing you the best of luck, although i doubt you'll need much, everyone loves a classic returning even better! Even newcomers will! Hey, almost everyone has grown up playing with toy robots wishing they could own and pilot one, right?
And when it comes to MW...boy there are so many hardcore fans out there!
Anyway, these are hard times we live in,we'll try to support you as much as we can and spread the word.We admire your efforts, and thank you for keeping the dream alive.
Can't wait to get a taste of it!

At least now I know, why it's been so quiet about the game for such a long time. And I'm really glad things went well for you guys.
So, keep up the good work. I really want to spent my money on this game so you can continue working on the franchise!
Best regards!

A friend of mine was working at a booksellers and bought the first ever copy of BT released into NZ sometime in the mid 80's. Since thenn I have bought and read all the BT novels. I still own all the sourcebooks and House histories, I played BT table top, ran MW campaigns, played all the MW PC games, both shooters and tacticals (Mech Commander FTW!) and dipped into the various online MW games as well.
Bring it on.

Played first Battletech in 1989.
Will wait MWO.
P.S. Only one question: does developers played http://worldoftanks.com/ ? Also MMO.
About 3 millions users. Also F2P game (very friendly). Also about armoured monsters.
You can find very many good ideas in this game for MW. Local battles, global war on global map, etc etc.

Battledroids (soon to be known as Battletech)
Mechwarrior Solaris on Genie
Mechwarrior Solaris on Compuserve
Mechwarrior 2
Mechwarrior 2: Ghost Bear Legacy
Mechwarrior 2: Mercenaries
Even More Battletech desktop gaming
Mechwarrior 3
Multiplayer Battletech 3025 by EA
Mechwarrior 4
Mechwarrior 4 Mercenaries
And still today I dabble in the desktop boardgame version, and helping folks get their Mechwarrior 3 game on over at mech3.org, known as Battletech and eagerly await the new fiction that is still being produced even today. When I saw this announcement it was as if Christmas came early this year so thank you Pirana and everyone at Smith and Tinker for not letting this dream die.

When MekTek released MW4 I thought that was the day.
When I rediscovered the Tesla Pods I too thought that was the day.
Now I know it will be when this game is released and I have all three ways to destroy and enjoy the Universe. *Mad cackle*
