Brilliant.
Hey PGI, maybe just maybe, when adding something like 12v12, you dont want to implement such fundamental changes like earnings amount. Earnings basically just got at least halved.
As OP said, not cool.

Kills, however, are zero-sum. Sure, there are four more chassis floating around to shoot at, but there are also four more people to compete for kills with. There's still one person for each person to kill.
Overall, I see no point in the money adjustment considering matches will typically be longer. This change sucks.

(total # c-bills)/(# players) should be the same on average as in 8-mans. It doesn't appear that this is the case...That seems like a problem to me.

You can't even cover the costs of consumables unless you take Assaults.

I hope it gets adjusted soon, this way we actually have to start grinding instead of enjoying the benefits from playing the game.

Cbills for everything except for the base amount for win or loss has been reduced. Combined with the longer matches Cbill earnings have been reduced 2-fold.
I'm not quite sure why they don't understand that match length matters for earnings. (This has consistently been an issue, too: see also Assault vs. Conquest.)

I am so glad i've got my +45 mechs now. I knew spending my founders cash on nothing but mechlabs was the right idea. This is bullcrap.

MWO used to be fun. It had some grind, which already was at the threshold of being acceptable for me. Now it is no longer. As long as the income for matches is that low, I will reduce my time in MWO and switch to other games with less grind.
During the last weeks I spent like 70$ for MWO. I was planning to go for 2 Hero Mechs in case they should appear in a sale. As long as I feel this game to be nothing but a grind, I will stop spending money on the shop.
