With 85ms latency.. hardly. If the would would have been at around 45° from the barrel, maybe and even then you can't dispute that it would have been outside the reticle. What the whole point is about.

As it still stands there is no thing that speaks against stats, the only thing you can make is to provide to less stats which means people will focus on a few that wont tell the whole picture. As said Planetside2 addresses exactly that, it will be stats galore so you have so much stats that you don't even know what to do with them.
