You sir, are a *****. The ppl that make games for us to play, need to make a profit some were........that is IF you want a good game and for them to continue to develop content and make improvments. you should look at Madd Dog's post ^. or instead how about you go back to playing the game that "you" think are better and ****, no one care to hear *****'s QQ. just walk away, you will not be missed one bit.
Correct, they need to make profit.
And profit is done if you respect your customers wishes and treat customers as - well - customers. You know, guys who give PGI money...
I spent a lot of money in the months from January to July, approximately 35$ per month. Plus the Overlord package.
See, I don't give a damn about 3PV, but the handling of this issue was not optimal. Heck, it was terrible ("Lies").
I bought Overlord also because of premium time. Now, with the CBill-nerf, this premium time was impaired even before delivery.
Than the 'Launch'. I knew that we shouldn't receive UI2.0 or CW, but for *insert deity here* sake, the whole launch was sooo lame.
- Russ could have make a short announcement, say a few kind words,
- All participants of CB and OB could have recived a hanging item with the greek letter 'B' for the beta phase,
- PGI could have made or at least anounced a big 'Launch Sale' for the weekend like MC and/or ALL Hero Mechs 30% off and/or ALL colours 50% off.
Something with a bit more fanfare.
Long story short: I lost my confidence in this company. I'll wait until the Launch Event and then decide to cancel the Overlord - or not.
But I will not sink more money in a game which is made by such a company.
If they show some progress regarding features (UI2.0, CW) as well as a sustainable company behaviour, I will buy (maybe) the next package, but until then I will definitely not buy Saber and maybe will return the Overlord package.
Mind you, I'll play, but effectively - at the current state of the company - PGI lost a customer. You know, one of the paying guys.
TL'DR: PGI received enough support from me and they disappointed me. So it is my right to cut all further spending.
