For MW:O it's Hayden and Ironhawk (repaints and insignia thread).
For actuall Battlemechs, well, every piece of art is very good (it's the same with reapints and insignias), but from drawings, Shimmering Sword (link) and Flying Debris (link + all MW:O mechs) top the charts. Then for 3D models, we have Punakettu (link) and GraySho (link).
