How about dealing with ridiculously OP ECM for months before adequate nerfs were made?

Lets not forget the time when mechs could ride on top of each other like they were their own personal war horse.

Any medals or badges for falling through Terrain? Especially when landing on top of a stuck enemy? (Seems to happen to my spider once a week now)...

Instant Kill (your legs get destroyed quickly if you land on top of a stuck enemy)

OMG, my buddy and I were just talking about this the other day. That was stupid, but also hilarious. I think you should call this one, "My eyes! The goggles, they do nothing!"

Many of these bugs, situations, or balance oddities, I sort of miss. Kinda like that pair of pants that never really fit right, but they were still a neat pair of pants.

Also, +1 on the "Glow like the f-ing Sun" Medal.
