The main line that seems to be the point of contention is

"Creates threads for the sole purpose of causing unrest"

this would only apply if you started a thread such as

"this game sucks, you killed the guass this patch"

instead of

"Possible way to balance the Guass without the chargup"

It has more to do with the tone and language used, not with whether or not you actually agree or disagree. But in this time will tell more than anything as cases happen.
