May I suggest including a Cbill cost breakdown similar to Smurfy?

Please see issue #186 ( https://github.com/E...lsml/issues/186 )

2 things. Dragging an XL engine from the mech frame over to engines section to remove it causes a recoverable crash and error dump.

and: Seems UI 2.0 borked things. LSML complains there are no files to parse.

Yes, I'm aware of an occasional null-pointer exception when dragging but I'm as of yet not sure why it happens. However this case, with XL engines seems more repeatable than other cases so this might actually help me crack this. Thanks.

I'm aware of UI 2.0 b0rkness this has been fixed in 1.3.2 released about 3 hours after the patch yesterday. Then I fell asleep... in fact that's all I did, came home fixed all the issues and fell asleep. Kind of a bummer of a day to be honest. The release was announced on G+ and FB, I recommend following either as they are the primary way of communication. Any way patch notes will be up later today on this thread, right now I have to go to work. *Le sigh*

Wait a minute. Sorry If I've missed something. But does this allow me to configure my mechs for use in game?

Or is it like smurfy in the way that it just allows me to see what's possible?

I would only use these types of programs AWAY from a computer with MWO. (Work, bathroom, long family gatherings). Too bad.

Personally I like Li Song's Mechlab better than Smurfy's. The only reason that I use Smurfy's now is to share designs on the forums and to get a rough pricing on mechs. Li Song's Mechlab give JJ distance, allows me to save my designs, and more while still doing everything that Smurfy's does with less ram and cpu usage than running a internet browser (matters for me since I am using a laptop).

On a side note Smurfy's will also save to Li Song's Mechlab to reduce having to rebuild the design again. The one problem with it is since February 4th, the new patch broke it and now the only thing being transferred from Smurfy's is the Mech, Armor, and Upgrades. You have to manually add the equipment in. It is not a big an issue though.

After 2.0.0 there will be a mode that doesn't rely on game files installed (it'll bundle with what was up to date when it was released, but read your game files if it does find them).

We're working on getting it fixed. I'm releasing a patch tomorrow which hopefully resolves this on my end at least. And a few other bugs ;)

The first (and hopefully only) release candidate for 1.4.0 is out. Don't let the name fool you, it is possibly the most stable release yet with no known bugs.

So, I've been using this fairly heavily lately, and what has started to annoy me is the autosave. I like to tinker in the Mechlab a lot, and I forget to clone the build before altering it quite often, which leads to a lot of frustration undoing unwanted changes.

Maybe it would be nice to make that behaviour optional?

If you forget to clone, you can just press Ctrl+Z to undo everything you've done (there are 256 undo levels) and then clone.

That doesn't work when you've already closed it though. I know most of the functionality is already there, and this is more about convenience/usability streamlining...

@Uite
If you believe that this is a usability issue, please open up a new issue on the issue tracker (see instructions in the manual linked from the main webpage: http://li-soft.org). If there are enough people wishing for it to warrant the effort I will implement it.

After Li Song 2.0 or UI 2.0? Wouldn't mind looking!
