Yes.
Just to mention, an IS XL engine, a side torso loss is death. But for a light engine, it's the same as for a Clan XL that loses a side torso. (Just so I'm clear.)

Not typically something many of us in the "New Player Help" forum are probably aware of. I don't know personally, so I will hope someone else does know and makes a remark.

But I think you and few others have asked this over and over.
Yes it's still possible and NO you won't do it. I've referenced the PGI posts abot the exact date but I can't remember where.
For your future questions about Comp play there is spesific forum for it.

I would like to check what actually happen in matches to improve myself.
I searched in
C:\Users/fergas0n\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online\Logs
but found nothing, aswell as in game folder.

If you are asking if there are files or recordings naturally in the game about your matches... the answer is no. Unless you take screen shots or record a match yourself, there is no logs about your match left on your computer. At least, not that I am aware of.

The log folder is most likely for Error Log File.

Report them and move on. You can do this one of two ways, either in game by bringing up the team menus (Holding Tab default) or at the end of match scoreboard. Right mouse click their name and then select report. There is a menu that springs open from there. Left click the option that seems most appropriate. in this case, team killing for the first one and team damage/killing for the second event (because it sounds like he didn't finish the job),
I will ask, you didn't TK him the second time before he even started to damage teammates, did you? If so, that could make things more difficult... As then you appear to be the TKer with no reason for your actions.
Anyway... The second way to report someone is more difficult. Go to the support tab on these forums. There you will see a list of E-mail addresses. Copy the one that seems most appropriate. Then open your favorite E-mail account (whatever one your account is tied to would probably be best) and paste that address in. From there, take a screen shot of the event or a recording if possible. Add this into your E-mail as an attachment or as a link if it's a video (such as to youtube). Indicate whom you are reporting and why, when the match happened (best estimated time and your time zone).
The second way is a lot more of a hassle, so I recommend just using the in game reporting. The support e-mail addresses are better served for cases that the in game reporting doesn't work so well, such as if you crash into a bug head first and it really takes your account for a doozy (such as being charge for something you never even wanted/agreed to purchase. Has happened to me once somehow).
For the most part, though defending teammates/yourself is valiant, and I've done it myself, it often is considered a poor idea to try and kill the "enemy spy", as it muddles up who was trying to do what. But, at the same time, I do not blame you for stopping a TKer in their tracks.

Not that I am aware of, but people who intentionally Tk tend to no last long. It's a slow process, but also consider that the TK penalty you get, they do to. And it gets worse for every match you do it in, until you do get banned. First offense tends to be 10 seconds as a warning. Second offense, it gets a bit more steep. Etc. And, you can earn more than a single offense in a single match.
The penalties are applied for team damage and team killing. So a player who deals a lot of damage and no TKs will still be penalized. For the most part, people doing it intentionally are likely to set off several penalties in a single match. They do it too many times within a set amount of time, and they basically can't play.
I know it sucks, but the best thing you can do to fight a TKer, is let them go. Let them go ahead and TK your entire team if you have to (and report them). The TK and TD feature will catch up to them quicker, and will force them into not playing a lot faster. At that point, you WANT them to deal as much damage to the team and as many TKs as possible, so they get the most penalty possible. (Only exception would probably be Escort, if they start shooting the VIP. But even then, probably best to let them just do it, but you can turn a game around if you kill him before he does the VIP though, so it's a tough call.)

- disconnecting while your Mech is functional and not reconnecting to the match
- dealing more than a fixed number of team damage, if I remember correctly it is 75
- killing a teammate
I am not sure if you can receive multiples of the team damage or team kill in a single match
if you get multiple types of penalty in a match it does stack, so if you do 100 team damage, kill a teammate and disconnect because your Mech only has 1 leg, the CT and the head left (after your teammates took revenge for their fallen comrade), you will be given 3 penalties when that match ends, however that match could still have 14+ minutes left to run, so you may get a few more drops before the penalties are applied
the way the penalties work is when you (or your group leader if you are not playing solo) hit launch it tells you you have a penalty, you have to wait the required ammount of time before hitting launch again and being able to queue for a match I think the penalties are something like
1 = 10 seconds
2 = 30 seconds
3 = 2 minutes
4 = 5 minutes
5 = 10 minutes
6 = an hour
7 = 4 hours
if you get 4 hours without receiving a penalty the counter resets.

The only thing you can use is the automatic penalty system. That means, you don't shoot the intentional teamkillers at all, instead you let them shoot you, and you try to spread the damage so that they deal as much team damage as possible.
There is some kind of group of people doing that stuff, they create many accounts fast and just go wreck things up.

I'm fairly certain that (without testing it of course) it does stack and you can get a large penalty from even a single game. how do I know? I one time caused 300+ damage to teammates (stupid air strike) but i didn't kill a single teammate (lucky me considering). Ended up getting whacked with a 30 second penalty after that match. (And then I got razzed by my group mates for it...) It was the first match I had played that day, and I didn't leave the match till it had come to it's complete conclusion.
Of course, I could be wrong still, or they may have even changed how the system works. Who knows.

I know (correct me if I'm mistaken) I know or was pretty sure there was a 25% lost of LP
So do I need to make up that25% before I start seeing LP again, cuz I'm done with the 10 match probation, but not seeing any LP added since.
My rank is still greyed out, and I'm not seeing any increase. There is nothing indicating I am replacing the 25% either, So I'm a bit at a loss if I am gaining or not.
I suspect I need to rebuild the 25%, but how can I tell ? after I regain 18000 LP ? and poof no longer a greyed out rank and start seeing the LP gain again ?
