Why can't I convert XP on mech chassis I no longer own? Is this a "feature" or a simple oversight? Please let me spend my MC.

I don't have this problem, since i don't sell mechs i bought. I might want them in indefinite future. Despite that, i understand some people do the opposite. Therefore,

This problem has been reported multiple times, dating back to over a year ago and it still hasn't been fixed.

Quite strange that they're preventing us from spending MC when they seem so intent on squeezing as much cash out of the playerbase as possible.
