Did you know that for over 500 years, "time immemorial" was defined in the UK as anything before the 6 July 1189.

It's good to have a definition. What is it defined as now?

According to Wikipedia, it was redefined in 1832 as "Time whereof the Memory of Man runneth not to the contrary.". So seeing as we've got Blimie in our unit, we're talking at least the Jurassic era :P

That... appears to be grammatically and syntactically correct. Is google translate getting better, or have you been holding out on me, Class?

It was still the wrong language though. Norwegian is much better!

Når katten er borte, danser musene på bordet.

Interesting. In Swedish, it's rats that dance on the table rather than mice.

In german it is the same saying

Når katten er borte, danser musene på bordet.
If the cat is away, the mice play.

Wenn die Katze aus dem Haus ist tanzen die Mäuse auf dem Tisch
If the cat is out of the house, the mice are dancing on the table.

The correct proverb in English for both is
If the cat is away, the mice play.

Hey, if you're going to be a merc in the IS, languages are important. You never know what your enemy (or your employer, for that matter) might let slip because they don't think you can understand them.

Greek's not going to help you my friend; from what I hear we've been hired by Davion and Marik's nowhere near them. Better work on your Japanese, Chinese and Russian. And probably your French, just in case
