I know what it means black that is why i worte that it actually is "Semper flexibilis", and semper gumpy is neihter an offical motto nor is gumpy latin thats what i meant with made up . Thats is how i know its gumby and not gumbi.

It is a play on the official motto's semper fidelis "Always Faithful" and semper paratus "Always Ready". And is not bound to the military arm exclusively. The motto semper gumpy is meant as "Always Flexible" but flexible in latin is flexibilis not gumpy.

Dont have an excat number but more then 5 and less then 20 i think, i never pay attention from where someone is. But there are usually in EU prime 18-22 UTC 15+ people online but not all are from the EU some are the rest is from the US and AU.
