Maybe. I'm not an Android user nor do I have any experience developing for the platform, so there's not a ton of incentive for me to do the work - especially because the EULA prevents me from profiting from the app.

Yes. The Windows Modern version has been pulled from the store.
I plan to fix this ASAP, but the quality was too low and I felt it was better to not exist than to have something terrible up. I should have an acceptable version sometime before the new year ready for everyone to use.

If you're a Windows Phone user, enjoy! If not, don't fret I've a Windows Modern version planned as soon as the Windows Phone version stabilizes.

Been using it since it came out for WP7 and now use it on a WP8.1 Lumia 930.
Some feedback: Is it possible to display the information on the mechs Heat in the same format as shown in MWO?
There's a disconnect between a mech on Mechworks showing this information about a units heat value "EHS:20.0, Heat Capacity 50.0, DPS:6.53@80%" and what's shown on MWO (Heat 1.62).
I look at the Heat info on Mechworks and struggle to turn that into the info displayed in game.

I would love to but first I need an answer to http://mwomercs.com/...02#entry4084202
Also, I highly recommend upgrading from Skunkworks to Mechwerks.

I like the changes. Still shows the heat in that odd way. I do like the DPS figure as that connects it somewhat to Smurphys.
I'll read the link you provided.
Thanks for responding quickly.

Actually Windows Phone has been steadily gaining users for about three years now. It's just a very slow growth. :-/
Neither Mechwerks or Skunkworks made/makes use of the PGI APIs for a few reasons. First, I have my own database of mechs, components, and modules which is, frankly, in a better (read: faster, lighter) format and I've found the APIs to slow, unreliable, and sometimes plain incorrect.
I've started to look at the CW API, but the format it generates isn't exactly standard JSON so I'll need to code a custom parser - which is time consuming. <sigh>

WP is picking up ground.
Slowly for sure but that's to be expected against the two well established OS's.
In the Euro markets, on the subcontinent and across South America, it's making impressive inroads.
All in all, it's struggling yes but not dead.
