This weekened I played my Raven a lot, and you know those drawn out games where the raging red team players start calling you out as a noob, or your chicken $#@&, blah blah blah stop wasting our time.

Shame they usually disconnect before they see...

edit: yes I did get killed with three seconds to go, I figured what the hell, that Atlas was almost dead and we lost anyway!

My best match isn't the one I did the most damage in, it was my must epic match in a LOCUST.

The game was ending and it was me against 4 other mechs; One jenner, a hunch, a cataphract, and an Atlas if I remember correctly. I ran back to my base under cover by turrets and they were so confident they charged in one by one and I barely killed each and every one that filtered in.

It at last came to a standoff between my legged locust doging shots from an atlas at point blank range when I finally landed the decicive blow. People went WILD at the end of that game.

I've only had one acceptable Myth Lynx game thus far:

Erm never thought it about actually i was just running the stock side torsos. I'd probably go with the armour though. I mean in the Lynx twisting just leaves you without any weapons so i try to just shoot people and not get shot back.

More to the point though, what build were you using to rack up that damage up in a Lynx? o.O

Quad ERMLs, and thanks to XL Hunchbacks, and other magnificent creations you find in the PUG LIFE.

It turns out that 7.5% dissipation makes a difference.

Hehe I ran an XL GI for a while after watching Proton play it. It was painful and on rare occasions glorious. I think the Lynx is my favourite light in terms of appearance, just wish they up it's speed and make the arms a bit smaller.

That's the sad thing about the Mist Lynx. If it were an IS robot, it would be a superior Commando.

It could mount a 250XL with 4 JJs, and retain 4 tons of pod space. The 250 has some big advantages, such as having 10 TrueDubs, and being able to move ~178Kph.

Presently, 12 DHS (with 5 PoorDubs) cools at 2.415 H/s, while 10 TrueDubs cool at 2.3 H/s. Pretty darn similar.

You could feasibly run 4 ERMLs, or certainly run 4 SPLs while moving that speed. That would be pretty decent, especially with the cXL.


At least we'll have the Hankyu, and we can forget this robot even existed.

These are a couple of big damage ones. I actually have a number of 8-9 kill game shots around too, tons of 6-7 kill games. I've had some much bigger games over the years, but I didnt start taking screenshots till about 8-9'ish months ago, and I've barely been playing this last year.

On the Timber that game the weapon loadout was nothing more than (2) CUAC5's and (3) Clan Medium Pulse lasers, no modules (I was being cheap). That was it. Quite non meta, but did well.
