Inevitability... and LIES!!!
I knew it was inevitable that the Clans would come out, I expected them and was more or less prepared to welcome them onto the landscape, as they have now become a part of my BattleTech.
PGI, please release some NEW information about UI 2.0 and Community Warfare?
Please tell me that all of this is going to be released before the halfway point between now and June 17th, so I have time to get things set up in the Merc Corps HQ?
Please tell me that I will have true management and logistics capability some time before the Clans drop on us? I would like to have a few months fighting Inner Sphere contracts, to learn the Planetary system before I also have to deal with the Clans?
I have been white knighting for this game -a derogatory term, I know- for a couple of months, now, have been working on play, but this afternoon's announcement was a punch in the guts for me, and I don't want to play anymore tonight because of it. Though I'm sure I'll be back, it would be awfully nice to have some answers, please?

EDIT, early morning, December 14th, 2013: I am, at present, vacillating over a decision of whether to let this betrayal slide off my back, and just continue on, to take yet more lies over something that's very VERY
VERY important to me and just let it go and continue playing, or to walk away from it forever.
I am leaning toward the latter. This would not be a rage quit... no, this is something that would take a long time to think my way through. Every time someone else has played the wounded animal over some imagined, or real, slight concerning anything happening with this game, I have been unaffected, and I have tried to encourage them to stay on, to wait and see what's going to happen with this game when it is in its completion stages. I have done this despite one BAD business decision after another; this one about the Clans BEFORE UI 2.0 and CW is the absolute worst, yet. Not because the Clans' machines are being sold -which IS bad enough in and of itself-, but because we were told certain things would be done, first, there was an order. Even at the launch party, there was an order. Yet, Bryan and Russ, nor anyone else in the PGI crew, can or will explain what's going on with the better portion of the game, and they all but entirely ignore any feedback coming from us...
I don't think I can stay, any longer, and I urge everyone to withdraw... come back from the lies, come back from the constantly changing information we get only snippets of. Just the day before yesterday, I sent a compliment through Reppu from IGP's support center, something that was heart-felt and joyous concerning the state of this game. Now, I don't think I can muster anything for PGI, anymore. We will see over the coming days.
