When PGI created the new matchmaker tier system, the servers examined Nightmare's account and had great difficulty in decided which of the 5 new tiers to place him in. After great deliberation, matchmaker has placed him in Tier Bacon Sandwich.

MarineTech has been known to confuse the new, PSR related match score with his ping. This has caused him great distress as of late since his ping is normally very low and the new match scores are frequently very high!

MarineTech used to work as a ticket puncher at his local movie theater, but was fired for telling moviegoers the film endings. Now he spends his days wearing a trenchcoat (that isn't sentient) while trudging up and down the ticket lines outside that same theater, deliberately telling everyone in line the spoilers to each movie.

It is generally considered by his doctors that these actions of MareinTech's are indicative of sociopathic tendencies. However, they have not been able to catch him to run their tests so that they can be sure. Currently, they are waiting for Amazon to drone deliver a bigger butterfly net since MarineTech won't fit in any of the ones they currently own because his ego is too large. That too is considered indicative of sociopathic tendencies and may possibly be one of the drivers between his movie spoilage crusade.

Nightmare1 is not an actual nightmare, in fact he is actually a slightly scary lucid dream involving scorpions and llamas. Lots of people have this dream, but nobody will admit it because when remembered the next day, they find out it is actually quite horrible.
