With so little quirkage for a dearth of E-hardpoints, lack of tonnage for ballistics, and lack of durability quirks like the 1V, it's probably better to mothball the thing till they re-quirk it. No reason to use 2MPL/MG 3V when you can have the LPL 1V and win every trade and poke.
I'm leaving it for later too.
Russ mentioned some quirk love for some lights early in the last townhall. I'm hoping that means compensating for a few of those super nerfs, like the 3V's range. (Yes, I listened to the livestream. I was shovelling dirt, I wasn't doing much else

Exception: I only drop the 3V in CW/FP, specifically when there's a ghost drop. It's free XP for it, and also lets me run super fast to the drop beacons.
Exception to the exception: Okay, I guess I wouldn't run it if I was attacking a closed base in Invasion mode, because too many turrets make for roasted Locust.
