I have a simple question regarding my founders pack. I bought it and i have my Forum account updated showing the change, also my Credit card informed me of the transaction.
But im still waiting for some notification from MWO on my Mail. I expected some instructions ( Maybe a Key? ) or at least a simple notification. Im missing something?
Thank you very much.

However, as much as I would love to... I cant see spending this sort of money on a game I have absolutely no clue if its anygood or not. Its great that those of you that have spend your heard earned $$ have a better chance or being in the 2nd beta as you have paid for the privalage. I understand well the financial requirements of such an undertaking.. but im not an investor... and Im not going to gain any profits on the game providing it does well. Im just an old Btech/MW player for most of my life.
Good Luck and best of wishes. I hope to be able to play some day.

The bigger you are, the slower and less manouverable you are. If someone gets in behind you, they can blow away your weak chest armor relatively unmolested. You can only rotate your chest so far so its possible to stay in their deadzone and finish them off. Also having lighter mechs in your unit means you'll get the headup from scouting information sooner so you will know how to lay an ambush.
Being bigger does mean you take more pounding, and can carry more guns to the fight. But if you're dead before you got to use them, its not going to matter.

You cant be happy for helping fund a company and a game? Why ask for more in-game cash? $80 is quite a bit, so if you are not happy with the amount why pay $120 to help the company a bit? I think personally we should have gotten 4 months premium but that's just me. Either way I was eager to drop $120.
This is why I've paid it more than anything. I've loved 'mech games since I was a kid, to see one actually reach my PC again made it worth the price. the value isn't bad either when you work it out, and 4 free stable slots ontop of those 4 mechs.

Another question: can one weapon use the ammo of another already disabled weapon of the same kind and size, when its own ammo is already depleted? This would help to stay in the field longer.
Thank you for your answer.

Do Legendary Founder Pack investors keep their four Founder 'Mechs irrespective of a premium account subscription? I am seeking an official word on this as opposed to hearsay and assumption. My intent was to purchase a Legendary Founder's Pack, enjoy the Pack's 3-month premium account, and then continue playing for free with the Founder 'Mechs without a premium account renewal.
I believe Damadark had the same question (below), but I was unable to find your response to this question in the previous 39 pages of this thread, nor in Crazy Canuck's "Founder's Q&A Compilation."

Your time and effort is much appreciated.
ANSWERED:
"The value of the Founders Package is that it is a lifetime reward and recognition opportunity. All of the hard currency you get in the product will be yours to spend over the entire lifetime of the product, the Founder’s Tag which will be available on the forums immediately after purchasing your Founder’s Package will mark you uniquely for the entire lifetime of the product. The same can be said for the Founder’s ’Mech’s (playable starting Aug. 7th) -- they will be unique on the battlefield marking you as an original founder of MWO, as well as providing a boost to C-bill earning for the lifetime of the product." - Official Developer Update (Jun 15, 2012)

Pilot Points that are unlocked in the BattleMech Tech Tree are then assigned to the player’s pilot avatar (MechWarrior).
Those who unlocked one of, or all of the 4 mechs...will they have xp in those trees already, unlocking the ability to use the mechs? Does that also mean they will get the appropriate Pilot points? If not, is the opportunity to gain those points effectively lost? Just wondering if anyone had factored that into the equation because I haven't seen it mentioned.

Doesn't the NDA you signed expressly state that you cannot let people know that you are in the Beta? Anyway I believe that they said there will be a wipe when the Founders get early access but there will be no wipes after that.
