Seems too soon for a new ClanTech light, but I'm certainly nkot going to argue with Son-Of-Urbie

That said, I'd like the Rofl-man IIC. It fits (canonically anyway) the "slow is cool" dimension of Urbie-ness, and it's gunzy.

Imp and Flashman both fit with the ... err ... "cylindrical" nature of Urbies, so they're on my Urbie theme radar

I currently posit the MWO implementation of the Enforcer is acceptable in that it has no neck, a barrel-ish chest and stubby arms...


Having said that, why not make an Urbie MkII under the same creative license that brought us the Sun Spider and the Roughneck...

Imagine... a 50-55 ton Urbie with a STD60 engine LOLOLOLOL it would be AWESOME.

Honestly, the Hunchie fits all but the "cylindrical" criteria for Urbie-themed-ness (unless we're counting JJs, and I'm not).

It's canonically urban defense, slower-than-peergroup, big-gun-toting, cylindrical mech.

Heck, the Panther fits enough of those criteria to join the club.

The Urban Club™ admits mechs like the following:
Imp (slow enough (it's 100 tons!), round(we're shallow), guns(?))
Annihilator (slow, urban defense, guns, round)
Highlander (slow, urban defense, big gun, JJs)
Flashman (because the bouncers are shallow, and it's round)
Jagermech (lifetime pass because of the "Urbie power armor" comic)
Hunchback (slow, urban defense, big gun)
Panther (slow for a light, PPC is energy AC10, Alley Cat)

I'd say the HGN-IIC, RFL-IIC (slow-for-ClanTek, gunz), HBK-IIC, could all theme nicely with an Urbie IIC and the IIC-Tek-No Club ™
