[Thee Tactician]

Day #86 Update #1

I have recently found my mood flaring more then normal and though I have seen many victories in battle in Six to twelve man groups, my temper has been a little high. I must apologize for my lack of patience, the recent events surrounding some discussions and arguments about our "House" has caused my mood to trigger.

Those that have told me its just game or their trolling, I agree but you see its a little more personal when you spent fourteen years of your life creating a universe and then you create second version of that universe for an already existing universe and try to put them together. I have more personal involvement then most of my follows because of my creation the "House of Solveinean" and I don't expect others to understand.

That plus with victories through tactics and strategy with strangers have highlight other issues recently. This has triggered another set of things to deal with and though many have offer me positions or wish me to declare a non-solveinean "House" I could never do such as thing.

Day #86 Update #2

I have just woken up and am slowly getting ready to start my day once again, after a long discussion with multiple close non-member individuals and Unit leaders. I have updated this thread just a little bit and the website. I am looking forward to the future, though it is difficult at times to keep my temper down as we are not established cannon "House" many like to cry about it and feel as though we should accept established cannon "House" to work under. I simply cannot and will not commit to that idea as I have spent so much time converting a lot of Solveinean lore into battle-tech standards / mechwarrior online.

After dealing with 9 straight loses of matches back to back and with One win after this morning fun before I did got off to do my morning PT. I'm just really disappoint with the PUGs who can use tactics at all or if you take come you have one or two lances that will listen to you. While the rest not listen and do their own thing and have the match lost bec of them not listening.

So I will restate my case folks really need to get into the mind set of working together to win matches and use tactics.Along with looking at their mini map to see where their lance mates are at so they can quickly respond and help them. Plus when faction warfare comes out you will need to use tactics to take over a planet or objective to complete the mission.

I will be really hope folks start using brains and tactics very soon with out mindlessly shooting at things to get kills and not worrying about helping the team out. You will have contested loses on your matches if folks do these all the time, and saying its sync drops when its not.. Its more of folks not listening or helping each other out.

So because this I will keep a eye out on who does help there lance mates out and see who I can try and recruit into The House of Solvienea, and hopefully they don't have a faction already by the time I ask them to join us to do a few matches with the "house" before being taken in the initiate program and the Naschina approves them after playing with them and all.

Day #86 Update #3

So we continue to prove that doing tactics and strategy in six and eight man groups is possible even five mans. The trick is using the pugs to your benefit and then putting yourselves in a place that you could defend or attack from but today has seen many ten man to full company size matches. I am very pleased as soon offers maybe made to individuals that have proven themselves over the last week and half now in battle that listen and follow orders. That could commit to training regularly.

I have numerous lore updates coming to our website and I am pleased to announce that the next eight crests and bios are being finished. I have multiple new bios about the different units, orders, tribes, clans and minor houses to come soon as well.

Day #87 Update #1

I have awoken again listening to Classical Music and a nice meal, my mind has been spinning from multiple new books on tactics and strategy both in business and in warfare. When I say spinning I mean simply the state of being overwhelmed by the amount of books given to me and not having even time to read them all. <Laughs>

I have recently been asked by many non-members of the "House of Solveinean" a sincere question that had already been explained many times over "Why didn't you create a Unit that involve the currently established battletech cannon?" the reason is simply. I didn't feel drawn to them, they felt as though they lack a spiritual level of fanaticism and if you understand anything about history it is the religious fanaticism proven to be the most dangerous.

When I first started back in august of 2012 here in mechwarrior online, I weighed a lot of different elements in my decision to use my personal lore and it was a tough one. The question was at the time whether to bring in a simple unit <Thunder Clad Legion>/<312th Black Trident Regiment> or the <Solveinean Empire>/<House> into this universe. I decided at first to attempt to bring just a unit and for awhile it was successful.

That changed when I began to look at those joining the "Unit" and began to feel a lack of appreciation for its lore and for the seriousness involved. Then it began to decline over a period of two years and finely it hit such a level that it had to be scrap and at that point. I decided to bring the "House/Empire of Solveinean" the depth of the lore and take a no b*llsh*t stands on situations.

So that is where we are at today and I continue to add the converted lore onto the website and continue to build our reputation.

So today has been interesting to say the least, I end up calling out two players on {TMK} which result in the forum Admins sending me a respectful message which I appreciated it. So with that I will respectfully keep those TMK posts off there forums, however if you want more information on TMK and other things there is section on our site for that kind of information. In the "House of Solveinean" we hold people accountable for their actions and this has led to some getting upset at us. We know and we respect that of course and now on to a different subject.

I haven't been on to much today and when I have I have had a mixed run at leading individual into battle, the truth is my mind hasn't been into it even before the TMK and that because I was all out of coffee and power drinks. <Laughs> So I have been tired today but guess what? I have both again and I am starting to finely get my mind together. So I look forward to doing ten and twelve man drops today. Day #87 Update #1

So today has been a mix day with the fact that the eight to ten man groups in which I have been involved in have won countless victories, however with the rise of my victories my kill and death ratio have become crap gain. The situation is interesting to me as my victories become more frequent my deaths are still as low as they have been under twenty kills.

Anyway, the biggest issues with tactics and strategy is getting the whole team to listen and focus as bad habits in forced pug matches with groups of four and twelve was really messing up training and now that we can group with two to ten and twelve it has help bring back the use of tactics and strategy on a larger scale in skirmish and assault, conquest always remain an element as the resource gaining required it.

The sad thing is that so many still wish to play the mindless pug way of rushing at each other and hoping for the best. They rather just hope to win by swing blindly and hope to have a strong even damage dealing blow to kill another individual on the other team. (Sighs)

On another note, I should have more lore updates out soon and crest revealed, though lately I have been so focused on eight to twelve man group drops that I wasn't paying as much attention to unit lore and detail matters. So I apologize ..

So I am preparing for the second wave of two to ten and twelve man drops tonight, I have consistently been doing up to six plus hours of training with non-members and members of the "House of Solveinean" for the past week and half. I have been leading and using tactics and strategy on nearly every single drop and tonight will be no different. I have found my self tired as most days its been like a job to a degree and one that I am good at when others listen to the tactics involved. So keep an eye out for me on Com-star North America <Ts3> DS1# or in our channel personally.

So we have officially started a <Twitch> Stream for "The House of Solveinean" and plan to stream whenever possible to grow both our reputation as a "House" through the use of our Tactics and Strategy. We have also open our <TS3> publicly to allow those interested in dropping with us to do so and have reserved a number of slots for our members only, so you will need to be assigned privileges as you join.

We continue to make progress on all levels and that means that there are over forty plus potential recruits for the "House of Solveinean" that we have been running with regularly. We also are looking into about six alliances with different "Units" as well and are joyfully about this as well.

We did well again tonight proving that we can do both defensive and offensive measures, though its all about calling targets, using terrain and knowing what is on the battlefield. We look forward to competition matches as well. So check us out on our <Twitch> or our website list at the beginning of this thread or click on one of the forum tags which will take you directly their as well.

So I have been on sense 10AM Eastern Unite States Time and its now 2PM in the afternoon, I have been leading six to eight man groups into battle and victory has been following us closely today. We did loose about three or four matches early on mostly do to pugs not being in team speak or simple mistakes but its fine as four loss out of twenty matches isn't bad in my opinion.

So I will be back on later this evening, after a short break to rest my mind and get a few things done round the House. We will continue to be on Com-star North America <TS3> in DS#1 or DS#2 if possible, if you cant find us there look for us in our room near the bottom.

If your interested in joining the "House of Solveinean" then please stop by put in an application and someone should get with you as soon as they are able.

So its that time again about to sign back onto mechwarrior online and onto the <Com-star North American> Team Speak three server, that way I can find others to run with in ten to twelve man groups and lead them into glories battle using tactics and strategy again. I have never felt so addict to game except twice, once in planet side [1]&[2] and well {Eve Online} which sadly I have lost almost complete appeal for at this point.

We are online and currently on <Comstar North America> team speak three for shift three drops, we have broken down the drops into four shifts at this point and I am normally on for about twelve hours at a time at this point with breaks throughout the week to rest my mind. So if you wish to join us at this time, then please come to dropship #1 as we would love to have you join us.
