Wow. I have to be honest my first reaction was not a good wow. Very long thick legs with a skinny cockpit. Im sure you guys are tight on time but please tune the model as this is one of the most iconic mechs you can showcase. Overall the mechs so far have come out great, the Madcat should not be the one to start the poor model trend. Just my opinion >.>

Just a quick edit: The concept art was great stuff. Can we step back towards that?

Gotta throw in my 2cents but those legs look like legs off its mw4 90Tonner brother then some legs for a 75 tonner. Besides legs looking to beefy the cockpit seams about 10% to small. Other then that hit it on the nail!

Legs? Compared to MW3 and MW4 yes they seem more unusually leg-endowed but compared to past art work where the legs are nearly giraffe-like, they are conservative. Also, the up angle, almost fish-eyed angle the pics were taken adds length to the legths and brevity to the nose. Straight on it look more proportional.

I think it looks BADA$$. MWO mech design team has once again reenvisioned with unprecidented detail and mechanical believability. They made the best looking mech, most iconic mech in canon even better. Great job.

Heck no.
It look's badass.
But it isn't looking like a real Timber Wolf.

This is why you skip leg day. Not because you're lazy.

Hmmmm, legs look terribly disproportionate to the rest of the body... it looks super awkward.

I read the first ~2 pages and basically liked anyone critisizing the legs, because whether it's the angle or really the case, they look too big. Not trying to be negative here, I completely get it if it's the POV.

What I wanted to say is that I'd really appreciate if PGI would deliver what I previously paid for i.e. the loyalty points of the Phoenix pack. I love the Timberwolf and would buy clanstuff especially now that I've been turned on by screenshots but unfortunately I promised myself I will not give more money to PGI before they deliver ALL the previous stuff that I paid for.

The moment I understand what loyalty points mean and I'm able to use them in my gameplay I will start considering investing more. Before that, have fun with your warhorns, which you have no idea what they will do.

I think that is the ugliest mech I have seen in a long time. The legs look like they are 3/4 of the height of the mech. Just ugly.
I'll see what it looks like when it gets in game but if it looks like that I probably won't be piloting one.

That's not a Timberwolf! What have you done to the sexy legs? Those are blocky legs.

These are the Timberwolf I know of:

the more and more i look at it, it just looks like an innersphere trash mech not a clan mech that is supposed to be leaps and bounds more advanced.

It is a really nice timbie model and looks cool, but at this point in the game life I am having a really hard time getting excited about mechs. This game has enough mechs, and if the clan mechs were never introduced, we would still have enough mechs. The game needs meat....it needs SOMETHING for me to do with all these mechs. But alas, it's still a simple FPS with no over-arching game goals or purpose beyond collecting more mechs.

Looks like the missile pods are torso hitboxed. I'd have rather them be arms, unless they get their own hitboxes (unlikely).
