Informative stuff, however I would love to see some dates attached those projects. Or if that isn’t available, maybe some comparative scale, and dependencies.
For instance Launch Component is listed with subprojects of
05% Command Wheel
80% Matchmaking
90% Private Matches
44% Ready Screen
05% VOIP
That is a pretty long list for the next 8 days, and are all of those features going to be included? And if not Which features are imminent? Also VOIP and Command Wheel are both at 5%, but 5% of 1 week is a lot different than 5% of 6 months.

VOIP and Command Wheel will come later than the 29th. Not sure what they intend for Ready Screen yet.

The Plan is vague and arbitrary and a REALLY bad way of communicating with your players/customers.
UI 2.0 was 100% complete. Really, nothing more to be added and working great? That's what 100% implies. So, social and grouping is 100% done? Has it just not been implemented yet?
Loyalist Unit Life is 5% done, but even in the write-up it says "details are vague and it's early in design". Then how can you say it's 5% done when you don't even know what the hell it is?

Not everything in there is for release next week. Ready Screen isn't, and will be a roll-out feature.

The Command Chair section is your friend in matters like these.

And yeah 100% for PGI on The Plan simply means it's out of internal development and in the public release. Not 100% perfect and to the player's liking. That's post-release polishing apparently.
For the 29th, anything on The Plan that is 80-90% complete in the Module and Misc section is highly likely to appear in the initial release, with things less than that being included at a later date when they get close to 80-90%.

You have to have mech bays to own mechs. Hero mechs give you bonuses to grinding out c-bills. Not all Hero mechs are created equal. Get ones considered OP to help with your grinding. Premium Time will give you another bonus to grinding c-bills, especially while leveling up mechs.

Putting it on The Plan is obviously 5% of the work.

This is not idle PGI-bashing. Any cursory examination of the company's history of missed milestones and design changes shows it. They are clearly making it up as they go along.
The only purpose served by The Plan is to give some semblance of progress. As Roadbeer pointed out, the percentages are nonsensical - how can UI2.0 be 100% and Mercenary Life be 5% of something which is not even designed yet?
