I would find it funny too, since there would be a nice collection of video evidence of every TK'er to get insta banned for breaking ToS.

First of all, no you can't, not without crashing the game client. Second of all, nobody will be able to see it, and the whole point of having a monocle is so that *other* people see your monocle.

I listen to the podcasts, I view the YouTube interviews with the Devs, and I read quite a bit in these forums and though there are a million complaints and the game isn't perfect, I'm patient.
The game STILL feels like it's in beta after all this time. The recent abundance of sales is further evidence that this game is clearly in its death throes, and they're trying to milk as many pennies as they can from the gullible followers they still have.
Have you forgotten how they've constantly been pushing back the release dates for content that was promised over a year ago? Community warfare, anyone? (On that side note, I'm convinced that they have no intention of actually working on community warfare anymore. There has been no evidence of actual progress. Instead, we get these ridiculously overpriced clan packages shoved out the door instead.) Another example of course is UI 2.0, which was delayed and delayed and finally shoved out the door in a state that doesn't even resemble complete.
No, I don't think this is a matter of patience. It's more like willful ignorance. You should pay attention to the trends here. Use some objectivity. I love MechWarrior too. I really wish this game would do well. But I'm not going to ignore what I see right in front of me just because of it.
I've regrettably thrown ~$200 into this game at this point, and now, I deeply regret doing so. It was a colossal waste, and I'm ashamed of myself for doing so. But no more. I haven't bought C-bills for several months, and I'm glad I stopped, as I'm now convinced that it's just a matter of months before all the money I did put into it will vanish without a trace.

$15,000 package? Sure, if you want to give something for the poors. That's not even in the 6 digit range!

It does. Either meaning:
- Gold Mechs can do that
- All clan Mechs can do that
- It is just a scene rendered in, for example, Maya.

Tape every match just in case, report all TKers and then calmfully spectate as they lose the match. End the match with a "next time, please let the golden mech carry you" to fuel the fire, perhaps.

Might be worth 260$ >_>

or
%50 CB/disco lights/dance move or whatever and had limited numbers and also gold colour for ALL mechs in your bays
Might have sold some uller/kitfox then. The fact it's $260 for a light mech and $260 for the heavy heavy mech...cmon.
oh and released the exact way clan mechs and weapons would work and stats so it's not a crap shoot.

Still not as bad as Elder Scrolls Online, dropped $80 on imperial package and $15 for a month worth of game time, hands down the biggest overhype POS game. MWO I've dropped the same on and played a HELL of a lot more despite its issues.

Or more likely, the FoV is dialed way up and the camera is pretty close to the mech, giving the impression that the arms are pointing in different directions.

Whether there is 50 left or 1 left, I couldn't be bothered to buy one simply because I don't have that kind of disposable income. That's my mortgage for a month and I can't afford to skimp on that. All other free money goes to savings and home improvment projects.
But I'll be happy to see these mechs. I'll be happy to run with them too.
I won't be happy if I see complainy preteens team killing or stripping armor off those mechs. Whether it's gold or default pattern, they're the same people we've been playing with for ages and I hope people aren't so discrimiating to ruin fun and discourage the funding that keeps the game free for them.

Yes they are meeting their deadlines. Joy! The bar for these deadlines is extremely low so let's not get to happy about it. They have set expectations low for so long it is easy to get excited about meeting some deadlines. They deliver products that are a quarter finished and tell us be patient they will be adding to them later. The patches pretty much are only weapons "balancing" and weapons "fixes" with the occasional bug fix which had been reported eons ago. Joy! Very little content has been put out at all so let's not get ahead of ourselves. It is still the same game from closed beta with a few new mechs.
Add to all this the fact they are going to cater community warfare to PUGs and like to continue the PUG vs sync drop battle instead of finding away to end it which is relatively easy. Either have a PUG lobby and a group lobby or let groups dominate the drops and fill in the open spaces with PUGs. The later seems the better idea to me since PGI wants groups to train new players. How are groups supposed to train new players? Answer... By bringing PUGs into groups. How are groups supposed to function properly with stringent restrictions on groups in drops? Essentially, PGI is doing whatever it can to dissuade groups yet asking for their help in training new players.

To sum everything up.... community warfare will be catered to PUGs so wins and losses will be determined by whether you win or lose in the PUG lottery. There will be no epic arrival of the clans prior to their release. They will just arrive with little excitement. Weeeeeeeeeeeee.... With the occasional cheeseball $500 golden mech thrown in which will be targeted by all in the enemy force making the buyer really regret buying one if anyone has bought one at all.

How is my gold?!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, BHOY!
