Yeah, a good one costs a bunch. Unfortunately, I can't afford that, so I have to stick with the more economical models. Mine's a Jamis - am enjoying it considerably!

...Besides, since I live in Florida, I don't need a hardcore one. It's not like we have actual mountains or anything down here!

I just need one to get me around the Florida Trail and other, off-road type areas I like to bike.

Still, $500 is a bunch of money to spend in this economy. Especially when you consider that for $240 you can get the exact same package sans the Gold Mech. That's not too bad of a deal because of the Premium Time, but the extra $260, for one BattleMech and its trappings, is a bit crazy sounding to me.

$240 for a pack is outrageous. $260 for a gold skin is just stupid. The "only 50 left" strategy is dishonest and a load of BS as they would never tell us even if they sold all 50. Obviously they haven't sold jack of the $500 packages or we wouldn't be involved in this conversation. I have a crazy idea... Price your packages at reasonable amounts and throw in a little MC with the deal so you sell more and don't piss off the folks purchasing them. Try getting a little creative with your content instead of price gouging your community.

If you don't like golded mechs, play the game in night vision or thermal only. Don't forget to tell people who have the golden mech that you have done so and you cannot see their special skin.

That's about the extent of my actions towards players in golden mechs.

Yeha, you can literally see that where the arm joins the shoulder, it's a different angle of geometry at the point, and also the line following from the front of the gun to the front of the shoulders doesn't make any kind of sense. The arms are indeed pointing outwards in different directions. The other two mechs in the background suffer from the same thing.

I included some notes. But I'm sure that what ever it was, was just exclusive to their process. I'm sure it's been sent to the alignment shop and got a tuned up.
