The MM never hung during the public test, the issue only presented itself for larger queue sizes.
Thank you very much for that clarification. If we had that kind of feedback on other issues, I would bet 90% of the arguments in the forums would never take place...

in any event, calling someone who is trying to get information out to us and who has access to more concrete sever data than we do a liar doesn't help anything. His information (true or not) is still a better starting point for speculation than the anecdotal rantings and imaginings of a bunch of forum users.
I agree. If clarification had been made on those complaint threads (I assume there wasn't), then people like myself would not be stating that was the issue in the public test.
I also agree about shooting the messenger: please don't do that, as most of us really, really appreciate the improved communication from PGI.
