convinced something fishy is going on now......

can't get target lock when facing other lights, but they get locks on me virtually instantly even though I run a raven 3l with ECM...AC20's that NEVER miss my legs, even as I zig and zag....of if I'm behind cover, hit my literally the very first step i come out from it....

and tocay, a triple AC 5....killed me in two shots to the CT.... went from no damage to dead in two shots....2 salvos from a triple ac-5 would do 30 damage...I had 35 armor on my CT.... something just doesn't add up....

Possibly from things happening, is that ping could be an issue. The opposite side could have very good aim or luck (I've gotten quite lucky in the past too, like I had a game with the Spider trial when I actually did a 360 shot into the enemy Spider I was dueling with and landed into a canyon with the maximum zombie amount possible, one leg and no arms.). Sometimes you are facing multiple ECMs, and maybe you pressed J (I use E) and for some reason it didn't register. Also, the AC5s could've been either hitting your back, or could've been Ultra AC5s. Many things that could've happened here.

More probably it was just me whining about getting shot in the face after being pissed from a long, stressful day at work....and it could have been a quad ac-5 too....who knows...

Twilight zone stuff happens from time to time. Last time it happened to me, I got dual gaussed in the cockpit of my Raven, on the move at just over 500m.......
The guy that shot me was right in front of me, edged on the ridge line apparently-though I was looking directly at the guy next to him...yet he never showed up on my screen at all........
Maybe my eyes just did not register him, who knows?

All I know is I need more training..I've lost my mojo...I need it back because I do not accept mediocrity out if myself

Sadly, these few days before summer are really tough for myself, as my job is quite limiting me, otherwise I would also be spending some time to team up for a couple matches here and there. Have to finish up some important work.

I feel ya...we are entering the really crazy time at work...he'll, winter usually offers a little slow down for us, but this past winter was busier than ever, and now it's only getting worse...got TONS of vacation time saved up, but can't use it because we're too busy....and nothing gets done when I'm not there....

So...Hug has-+ns are on sale. I havthis thne from a while ago so I dusted it off....I'm LOVING the 4 MGs this thing has...and the jump jets.......just wish it had ECM


(Might have to invest in the Ember.... man I love lights.....)

Keep in mind it only has 2B - so if MG are your thing it is ~1/3 as effective with MG as the Ember (because MATHS)

On the other hand - if you wanted to stick a heavier ballistic in, it is probably friendlier to that.
