Those buckets haven't functioned for a while, with a breadth of 1300 - 1800 points out of 2100 to begin with, which means you can, literally, face anyone.

Niko, I understand more than a lot of folks on these forums, I just am champin' at the bit to get more info on the Merc Corps HQ and CW. I am hoping there's been at least further design development since September 30th, when this came out. Over seven months is quite the time to wait. Since then, I understand, we've had UI2.0, DX11, the Launch Module, and a host of back-end improvements come out, but you've saved Calvin, now save me, hehe (i-Robot). Was just in a game and told via chat from the enemy team that they had a 4 man + 3 man group. Are there reports like this so far?

Really disappointed about the lack of SRM fixes in the patch- I had this day circled on my calendar as the day I would start playing regularly again. :[ I know fixing the LM comes first, it's a bigger priority, but honestly I feel like working SRMs are more important to me having fun than that. I just hope it's two weeks from now.

Also, I've been wondering about Bront's question too- any chance you have word from Paul about what happened to the hitbox adjustments that were being done, Niko?

Im confused, you say that PGI is actually ahead of schedule for mechs, in that case shouldnt resources be diverted to other areas (like what people are suggesting)? There is not much point in remaining ahead of schedule when you cant release all the mechs in one go that are already done anyway....

Hi. Thanks for the update, i just bought the quickdraw but there is something terrible wrong with the leg hitboxes.

Still playing, still enjoying, if it takes much longer I will complain but not here as all the negative stuff can just hurt retaining or getting new players. The game and its features will come when they come. Disappointed sure, but that's life I enjoy the people and the game. So keep the patches coming PGI and thanks.

Good thing we are ahead on mech content. Wouldnt want to divert some of those severely limited resources over at PGI to things like fixing the Match Maker or SRMs. People over at PGI sure are on the ball with making the hard choices.

I confirm. Thats at least 4+3, our charlie lance could have been another 4 for all we know.

Gotta love the patch by PGI:
"We fixed A. We fixed B. We fixed C. Aaaaaand there is a new Hero mech."
5 mins later:
"A is broken, so we turned it off. Also turned B off because stupid. And, oh year ... C is also broken. Buuuuuut .... you can still buy a new Hero mech!"

Do you really? I think skipping a new mech in a patch (or even 2) would be worth getting matchmaker, 3/3/3/3 and SRM's working, and "move further down the pipeline", which may even get more people playing/paying. If pumping out a new hero mech every 2 weeks is preventing the game from moving forward, doesn't it make sense to, I don't know, NOT pump out a new mech every 2 weeks?

I'm sure others in the community feel the same. Particularly those that have stuck around for months/years.

PGI Accountants can feel free to disagree with me.

You guys should release the Hot-Fix notes before the patch notes so we know how much isn't making it into the patch.

Literally nothing but MC stuff shows up working.. :o

The more i read about 3/3/3/3 failing to work the less i want it to happen.

New cockpit hanging items? Couldn´t care less, haven´t even hung up the ones i got for free, it´s a mech cockpit after all and not an interior design contest-thing-whatever...

New Hero Mech? First off, there´s nothing heroic about these hero mechs, i´ve seen loads of em running from the enemy :o and second, it had to be a QKD right? The most useless mech on the Battlefield ever gets another version... of course that may just be my personal view, but it was the only mech where i sold all 3 versions before i had mastered the last one just because it definitely wasn´t my cup of tea.

Aaaanyways, basically there´s nothing new of value in this patch and the stuff that was is just not working - murphy´s law over and over again and again and again and again and so on... :huh:

Underwhelming patch is underwhelming. I'm still waiting for something worthy of booting the game back up again. I do miss me some Mechwarrior, but I just can't bear to keep playing the same old crap over and over and over with nothing changing and no new content.
