Got stuck, hovering I think, in one of the apartment crate complexes

Forest colony, snow and regular
The game mode used
ran into this in a conquest, and also confirmed it in testing grounds.
The grid tile affected.

Summoner D and The Timberwolf S both stuck, didn't test with more

How can this type of collision problem still be in the game after almost 2 years of playing????
We have all come across the boulders in Canyon network that will not let a 3 meter tall mech walk over them, or the River bed that needs to be skirted down till you get a nice gentle slope to walk up were my Gran (god rest her soul) could probably have Pogo jumped over the lip o the burn in RL.
I looked through the forums and found this Bug/issue thread started by PGi either telling what to look out for or players listing ones they have found, but not saying if they have actually done anything to fix it. Like remove a Rock or two, if it causes a mech to Glitch/Get stuck, it should not be there.

Fell through the terrain after death.

JJ mech stuck - not accessible without JJ.
Id post screenshot but after 20 minutes of errors uploading to photobucket I give up.
So many glitches on so few maps still

Assault mode
Shadowhawk with jump jets.
Base in D4
Stuck between the base structure and the building in the direction of C5.
Fell through the bottom of the world when I was killed.
Jump jets would not regenerate and could not move.

Just now had a match in HPG Manifold ruined because I somehow got stuck in the bottom middle section, I don't even know how it happened but I guess I used my jumpjets really briefly and then next thing I know my damn mech is stuck and can't move.
Here you can see I was frantically trying to escape but couldn't, my jumpjet fuel is empty too and of course as usual it didn't regenerate since that's what happens when you get stuck like this. We might've won (or at least had a better chance) if I wasn't stuck too because it was pretty even as you can see in the screenshot, but nope the team was effectively down by 1 so they got picked off and then I just told the enemy where I was when I was the last one remaining, other people spectating me could also clearly see I was stuck.
You can see the coordinates in the screenshot but just to be extra clear I was at 2239.1 1982.5 142.7 when I got stuck. You can also see the coordinates change in the next screenshot (since I died) and I imagine those are outside the bounds of the normal playing area.
The death screen kind of blocks the view of my mech but (before the death screen popped up I got a clear view of it) the legs were stuck in the map and the edge of the world is visible because of that.
Pretty annoying.

Jumped up and backwards into another mech standing behind me. Resulting collision got me stuck above ground (feet seemed to go through ground). Jumping or walking away would work for half a second and then I'd snap back to the original point.
After snapping back the falling animation would start and end with my feet standing on the ground. Jumpjet fuel would also recharge and be usable.

Gets old real quick on a brawler that also gets stuck trying to JJ over a small light and getting stuck on their head.
Australian latency on top of these issues is sucking the fun out of the game.
