But for those who get it... Its one of a kind Medium Mech out there, apart from the Centurion and any other.
- This is besides the Ember, the only Premium Mech I'll be getting. So I'm happy to see this in action.

Or you could just use cbills and get a Shadowhawk 2D2 and NOT use a ballistic for the same effect...but slightly faster.

No, the Yen Lo Wang mech existed in Battletech lore with that paint job, PGI did not create the culturally inaccurate paint job. The Loup de Guerre does not exist in Battletech lore, so PGI did make that one up. To be fair, the word Trebuchet is French.

Not bad looking. Curious on tube counts though.

Based on the appearance of the covered ports on the mech, I'm guessing that the number of tubes per port are as follows:

RA: 20 tubes
LA: 10 tubes
RT: 6 tubes
LT: 6 tubes

EDIT: I stand corrected. Based on another pic I saw, the torsos have at least 10 tubes each.

There is someone out there for everyone. Apparently a French/Scottish Trebuchet is looking for a good home... :)

I don't like mediums, but this is a very tempting mech just because it looks so good... Maybe I need to give the medium skLRMisher a try again...

Wow, according to Smurfy, tube limits are 20/20/20/20!

So, 4 LRM20s, XL100, 6 SHS, and 1 ton of ammo! Let's do this!

Actually I think that was part of the point....

Rather like La Malinche.

Hundreds of years ago as perceived from the perspective of hundreds of years into the future.

...or something like that :)

that would be the Chinese God of Death, actually. War would be Chi You or Guan Yu. (why do I know these things? SHM)

Given the state of modern education in most places, we'll be very lucky if in the year 3050 anyone actually remembers what Chinese or Japanese even was; we'll be lucky if there's people at all for that matter...

Man, what does that pilot have against red and white mechs?

As a Louisiana native, I'm digging that Fleur-de-lis. Might have to deviate from my intended route of mastering my faction's mechs first and get into Trenchbuckets.

If the factional stuff makes it into the game and goes as planned...

That would probably be wise (if I remember right, your factions toys are supposed to be cheaper)

I think if four streaks are fired simultaneously, only one streak will count as hit damage.

Firing SSRM's one-at-a-time seems to register better than en masse in a group.

Had issues with LRM's failing to register hit damage, also. Tried 4 x LRM 5, 2 x LRM 15 and 2 x LRM 10. None seemed to work very well. LoL

Mine is black, with gold Fleur De Lis and white accents. Named it WhoDat.
