still nothing, many reboots, need a new game man.

Cause this one do not work.

Played two matches in the last hour.
Both matches take ~ 20 min of searching and 10 min of playing.

Joined as Heavy.

The problem is -> if there are no people left who play this game, the Matchmaker wont be able two find Mechs to start a 24 player match. But that was known before...

The waiting time will be many times faster, if we are searching a Match on the next weekend, when many players will join to play. But from now on, you can stopp playing MWO during the week.

Yes, I bought the Cataphract pack, just for grins and to use up the remaining MC......THAT part went without a hitch, no surprise.

Too bad I can't play them. No surprise there, either.

For what it is worth, either the changes helped or the wait times when part of a group are much lower.

I couldn't find a match while PUG'ing solo, but once I joined a 4-man, we've had 2 in a row with very short waits.

Just some more data.

4:28pm EDT, back up to about a 5 minute wait for solo, medium, Conquest+Skirmish.

Since about 1500 EST, I have tried to drop 6 times. All of them solo, all light mechs. It said I would get the fastest match with light mechs.

Wait times varied... 1 minute, 5 minutes, 13 minutes (read a couple websites, part of this forum, watched some youtube videos while waiting), and I cancelled the search after 5 or 6 minutes the other three times.

Does it even work ? The 3/3/3/3 I mean. I get longer wait times up to 10 minutes and no 3/3/3/3

could it be that this crappy matchmaker wants to put a premade in EVERY match

It's 4/4/4 now. Any variation with 4 MAX of any weightclass

10 minute wait, cancel, rinse and repeat. If this were WaitWarriorOnline you'd really have something here.

Edit: Oh, and it was solo drops with every weight class. I did get in once with a "lucky" (note the sarcasm quotations) 4 minute wait on a mech I did not want to pilot since I am mastering other mechs.

MWO saved my marriage!!! In the 2 HOURS it took to get into a match I found the time to pretend to listen to my wife and say :You are right hun" and "how did that make you feel?" now my wife thinks I love her again... Thanks MWO!!!

Just hit play again @ 4:46 my time will report time I start 4:47 so it got better

The patch doenst work.
I tought i'll play a relaxing game before going to bed......waiting for 25 minutes.....grrr it not working like last patch.
I get the idea of using 3,3,3,3 but clearly it doesnt work in practice...thanks for trying

For some reason I can't quote, but, wait time for me solo is long and I cancel many times.

I'm new but I'll just say that PGI seem to do everything they can to shrink the player base.

I do like the new Matchmaker Status dropdown though, if I see too many lights I'll know that "kids" are playing with their COD style gameplay and I'll simply wait or play something else.
