It's likely you need to activate the Premium Time even if you currently have time running.

Edit: Why were all my settings reset? I had video on full screen (now its on windowed) and different keybinds. Now they are all default. Ugh!

No premium time ever purchased. Logged in, saw a 'items redeemed' screen, and I'm getting premium time bonuses RIGHT NOW.

Why did it come on activated? I only have time for maybe 5 games in the next 24 hours. Would have prefered I could have activated it myself.

While a hot-fix was provided later in that same evening, we appreciate that a number of players feel slighted after having lost active premium time which would have otherwise been enjoyed in matches during this period of time.

In light of the issues encountered on Tuesday afternoon, we are providing ALL players who have played since Tuesday's patch a free day of active premium time. We will inject it into these players accounts at 3pm Pacifc.

We thank you for your patience and appreciate your continued support.

UPDATE: it will take about 2 hours for the scipt to inject the free premium time into everyone's accounts. Therefore by 5pm pacific everyone should have received it. You will also need to log in and out to receive it.

Thank you, but it would be much better, if it doesn't start instantly from itsef after log-in... I want sleep tonight and use it tomorrow, in the Tournament... But thanks.

PS: Least you could give a warning about it, here in the Forum...
